    Sounds more than reasonable if you ask me. Seems like they are pretty good at responding to unsatisfied customers.

    For what its worth, I received the first of the 12 monthly batches last week and think it is great. Wouldn't pay £30 for it but still think its really good value.

    The problem I had with ordering from this company was that they use the post to send the flowers, firstly they arrived a day later than they should have done which meant it was a Saturday and my friend was out when the flowers arrived, they got a card through the door and since I wanted the present to be a surprise and she hadnt realised flowers were coming she didnt go and collect the parcel til half way through the following week when I asked her if she had liked the flowers!! She got some nice pot pourri tho!!

    Second bouquet arrived today. Not a £30 value, granted but, as I said in my reply, I would not be unhappy to have paid £10 inc delivery; I'm sure they'll be even better in a few days as there are lillies etc in this one.

    Perfect first time? Absolutely not, but I have to say, dealing with a customer service dept that actually seems to care is most refreshing and may well be the factor that lures me back.

  • i ordered this and found it a little disapointing - it was ok for me, but not if i was to order for someone else. i would not have paid £10 in the shops for this bunch.

    on plus sides - it arrived in good time and the flowers were more 'bud' than blooming so lasting longer. and there was the most beautiful rose (called hocus pocus - looked it up - dark red with yellow flecks)

    overally i would give about 55%
    Willow: I knew it, I knew it, well not in the sense of having the slightest idea, but I knew there was something I didn't know!
