I just ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and had same problem, i have put it down to the heat we have been having, they said they will replace, so i will wait and see.

My Mum was very pleased with her flowers. Wasn't Mother's Day though, maybe they had too many orders to cope with then. No excuse for not getting back to you though.

I recently received the Bird of Paradise , it was DOA in my opinion . I
e-mailed the MD courteously asking him to replace . As good as his word a very large bunch of Lillies turned up a few days later .

Excellent service from a good company in my opinion .
