Same here - wife touched by the gesture, but appalling quality. I walked in the door and saw them on the shelf in the hall.....we have my sister-in-law staying and, I have to say, i felt emabarrased by them. Will be registering my disappointment. My wife laughed out loud when I told her they should have been £30.0

My flowers order came a day early for my daughters birthday - she saw them, so mess up straight away - then she and my wife fell about laughing as i unpacked them and showed the sorry bunch - v dissapointed. Oh well won't be using those people again0

I never seen so much negativity about Value Flora in one thread. All I can say is (touch wood) that they are usually very good.
As one poster said, complain and ask for a replacement. I know they may have screwed up on an important day like a birthday but at least their honouring a replacement. At the end of the day the flowers are coming a long way in a box. If you want 100% certainty the flowers will be 100% perfect, don't try saving a few quid from an online store, go to a shop.
I think Valueflora are a brilliant value ... yes I think their RRP prices are a lot of bollox but its just a marketting ploy and the actual price is fantastic after quidco ....
You may find some flowers better quality and value than others. So give them a couple of goes me thinks.0 -
Bought the lilies for my sisters birthday and she was absolutely delighted with them - had 8 stems full of blooms, she thought i'd spent a fortune (which of course I hadn't, and got money back through quidco to boot....) She was so happy with them I have just ordered the summer bouquet for my mum.....0

All apart from one order we have had from them all have been excellent for the flower quality and value.
The one that was not good was courteously and effciently replaced with a lovely bunch of lillies.0 -

What bouquet did you get? A lot of us have ordered the year of flowers deal and are interested to know what kinda flowers we're going to get this month.0 -

My mother's bouquet (11 more to go) arrived this afternoon, they're not quite what I was expecting. After being really pleased with the freesia, sunflowers and lilies, these are poor in comparison. Except for a few pink carnations I'm not exactly sure which flowers the rest are. They have a look of those awful petrol stations bouquets, expensive and rather thin on the ground. The box arrived and had a label with the value of £10 written on it. Would say they are worth more £5 ...Now worried about next months instalment0

I ordered the summer bouquet for my friend in Northern Ireland and to be honest, was a bit worried because of all the negative comments about them. She phoned me last night to say thankyou and that the flowers were wonderful.....phew!0
