I ordered a bird og Paradise for my mother, it arrived in a bud, but it never opened. All the other flowers ordered had been very very good.

I e-mialed them about it and they sent a new buch of lillies out to make up for it, they arrived this morning and are lovely, my mother is very pleased. The customer service was also very polite.

I feel I need to apologise as I started this thread. Maybe I should have waited til they were delivered. Mine sound the same as yours Ry4n. I would have expected more from a garage bunch - they were wrapped in the same cellophane LOL.
Has anyone had a good bunch from this offer?

As i said earlier I ordered 2 bunches, one for myself and one for my stepmother's birthday. The quality was very poor but I emailed valueflora and have been told that they will be replaced.
I wonder if they are coming from another supplier as previous orders have been of high quality.

I suggest that you contact them on their website and would think that, with so many disappointed buyers, they will investigate.

I will let you know when I receive the replacement.

I ordered the sunflowers but got lilies, but they were excellent. 5 stars valueflora, both of my order have been A1.
