Sounds like you had a great night out...and no hangover! Don't know what has impressed me the most, a £4 night out or the fact you escaped a hangover. Did you get to sleep in this morning?

So your eBay sales have confirmed it then!!! We need to start selling winter clothes.

Hope your hangover didn't come late and you had a lovely evening.

    Hi Mummy

    I'm back!

    Happy belated Birthday xx

Well done for breaking into the £15k barrier.

I've got some winter things that could go onto Ebay so will set about doing that asap.

    Have a great day xxx

It is not that summer finished early here, its more that we didn't ever get out of spring, now it is autumn :( Yes, it is cold here. I am thinking about blankets and hot water bottles already (trying so hard not to think about putting the heating on - although bossman is out of the office today and I have the small heater on at my feet. He pays the lecky bill and what he doesn't know won't hurt him )

Evening diary, just popping in for a quick catch up!
Had my friends little boy over for today as they were away at a theme park, he was a little angel so no issues there! Took the kids to McD's, so thats a ssd for me. Had a nsd yesterday.

Livvy, I did have a couple of drinks bought for me. We ended up going for a curry which another friend paid for and I drank loads of water, that seems to be the trick with me food and water!!

Thanks Choo, get those winter bits and bobs and ebay!

Gap, I dont know how you cope with no summer, but actually saying that weve not had much of a summer yet again this year! April was lovely and the start of may but it pretty much went down hill after that.
Its getting quite chilly on an evening here so weve just closed the vents on the windows. My house is sooo warm though so definately no need for heating just yet. Ive a feeling there wont be many outside drying days now, so the heating is also used to dry clothes through the winter to save on the electric... very MSE :money:!!

Dont think ive anything else to report. DH's payday tomorrow and then all the DD's go out Thursday.
I got a nice sum of money for my birthday so for the first time in years I am going to spend it on myself instead of frittering it away on bits of shopping etc! Need some new boots for winter so going to look for some in a min.

Ebay parcels posted etc today aswell so had a quite productive day.

    Catch up soon xx

    Hi Mummy,
My DM gave me some racks that you put over radiators to dry your clothes on...you can get more on then. Not sure if you already have them but I find them great as I used to run out of radiator space.

Hi Livvy we have a lot of radiators in our house and 1 load seems to fit around the radiators. Then I have one of those underwear things that I hang in the airing cupboard! I out them out at night and they dry by morning after the heatings been on. I usually do one load a night to keep on top of it xx

Oooh thats a good idea about the underwear thing being in the airing cupboard, I will have to have a look and see if I can get mine in there. I bought one last month and haven't used it yet.

It dries too! I just hang it from one of the pipes are they have got the insulation stuff round. I wondered if the hot pipe would melt the plastic hanger but its fine! xx
