    Evening Diary,

    Back for a final update of today. Had our roast chicken and then finished the ironing before a lovely bath. Ive set up camp with a cuppa and a galaxy from my christmas stash in front of the TV and going to watch the chase. My eating has been a bit wild this weekend so need to get back to it tomorrow. Nose is still a bit stuffy but need to just get on with it.

    Still waiting for my soup to cool before I can blitz it up. Smells lovely so hope it tastes as nice!

    Positives from today:
    * NSD9 of 12
    * DH checked my oil, water etc on my car in preparation for my MOT on Friday
    * healthy soup made for next weeks lunches

    Payday on Friday.... cannot wait :) xx

    Evening Diary,

    Sat down nice and early tonight. My usual class at the gym was cancelled so went to an earlier one which actually really suits me but I like doing the other one and Monday's my only day to do it.

    Just having a little catch up and watching Corrie then DD1 and I need to set up for DH's birthday tomorrow. Weve told him he's not allowed back in the living room after he gets back from cubs with DD2.

    Food:
    Breakfast - porridge with banana and nutella
    Lunch - Nannas magic soup (this was delicious without the coconut), wholemeal bread roll, grapes and yoghurt
    Tea - garlic chicken, roast potatoes, peas and broccoli
    Snacks - cereal bar and popcorn
    Gym - spinning

    Positives:
    * back on the eating and gym wagon today
    * NSD10 of 12
    * 4 days until payday

    Thats about all xx

    Evening Diary,

    Thank you HHOD, PLMBL and SA for DH's birthday wishes, I reckon he's had a nice day. He got a few little presents to open this morning and we surprised him with a cake when he got home from work.

    Been a busy day for me. Been to work, came home and prepped tea, picked DD's up and called into Mr T's on the way to swimming. Came home (again!) had tea, went to the gym, had a shower and now just sat down with a cuppa and a slice of DH's cake :D.

    Spent £4.78 in Mr T's on milk, cake, mints for DH's grandad and custard.

    Food:
    Breakfast - porridge with nutella (no banana)
    Lunch - nannas magic soup, wholemeal roll, kiwi and salted popcorn
    Tea - chicken rogan josh, basmati rice and naan bread
    Snacks - cereal bar and DH's birthday cake
    Gym - body pump

    Positives:
    * 3 days until payday
    * DH has had a nice birthday

    Petrol light came on just as I was parking after the gym. Id have had loads of petrol had I not had to share my car with DH last week. Anyway I have about 4 miles to do tomorrow so will fill up Thursday morning.

    Hope all ok xx

    Evening Diary,

    Just a quick update. Been a busy day but not sure why as I don't feel like I've done a lot since leaving work.

    Today is NSD11, totally confident I can get to my target of 12 with a week left to go!

    Haven't been healthy at all today, partly because were like old mother hubbards round here and Wednesday I don't even go to the gym.

    Food:
    Breakfast - porridge with banana and nutella
    Lunch - Cheese toasty with hula hoops
    Tea - cheese omelette, hm oven chips and beans
    Snack - cereal bar

    Positives:
    * NSD11 of 12
    * 2 days until payday - cannot wait for this!

    Hope all ok xx

  • You've done better than me though - I can see some vitamins in there at least. Yum, cheese.
