Morning diary,

Thanks for your get well wishes ladies, I am just starting to come round today but still not 100% so wont be going into work.
Its this temp I just cant seem to shift, yesterday I let myself get so hot I ended up being sick . I just couldnt pull myself out of bed to cool myself down. Wont be doing that again, hate being sick.

Im a bit annoyed with DH aswell, yes he did let me stay in bed yesterday (didnt have much choice really) but hes had a right mood on because he couldnt do his Uni work as he was looking after the kids who are also not 100%. Oh and he was doing 'my' ironing!!! I was like erm was there nothing of yours in that basket then?!
Hes really annoyed me with it and the best part of it is he knows hes in the wrong but cant shake his mood, stupid man!!

Yesterday was a SSD as I needed more paracetamol and ibuprofen but they didnt cost too much. Today will be a NSD as I will not be leaving this house.

Hope everyones ok and sorry for my ranting!!

Men are all the same, its alright for them to go to bed as soon as they've got a sniffle but we have to be properly poorly before we stay in bed!

Morning diary,

feeling a whole lot better in myself today. Going to get myself to Drs this morning cos with my bad throat and chest. DD also has a high temp and when I had a look in her throat this morning her poor throat looked like it was nearly closed up poor baby. So il get us both in at same time.

Choogirl, I know men can be soooo selfish at times cant they!!

Well im hoping today should be a NSD but also hoping I need a prescription which will cost me :rotfl:, I really dont care though I need rid of this.

I was just putting some washing in and DH said dont be overdoing it just cos your feeling a bit better.... Jesus Christ did I just hear right?! It looks like a lovely day out there today so will get this washing out blowing in the breeze.

Still waiting for my onepoll money to hit the paypal, hope it hurries up!!

Afternoon diary, just quickly popping in. Went to drs this morning and got some anti-biotics for both me and DD. Really glad he prescribed me some cos other wise I probably would have sat and cried!!! So today isnt a NSD but im not bothered needs must and all that. Weve been to bed this afternoon and I feel a little better again. Just going to make some spaghetti hoops on toast for tea in a bit and hopefully DD will eat too.

Just done the meter readings and weve used £23.87 so slightly more than last week but I do know that DH used the tumble dryer twice on Sunday :eek:. Weve turned our heating off timer aswell, I thought it was just with me burning up I couldnt stand it but even DH said its been too warm for him. Last night we slept all night with the bedroom window open cos it was just too hot. So we will just put it on as and when from now on.
Ive had all the windows open round the house today and its just been lovely to have fresh air flowing through.

Evening diary, sorry ive not been around had a busy 2 days.
Feel so much better I am happy to report. Still got a lingering cold but at least I have got energy to do simple things such as walking up the stairs.

I am here to post good news aswell.... I HAVE GOT A JOB :j!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phew! I know its a bit close to the end but ive had a redeployment opportunity. So will start in 2 weeks. Its has been a stressful 3 months but hopefully I can relax a bit now.

Right thats all I was popping in to report. Spare room again for me tonight as DH now has the dreaded bug and I refuse to catch it back again!! x

Morning diary,

Now I am annoyed!! I requested the onepoll money into my paypal on the 10th March so it should be in there by now but it isnt. Ive just logged in to onepoll and my £40 is sat in there again :mad:. and now it says youve to wait 28 days for it to be credited when before it was 10 days. Ive requested it again and emailed them cos im not very happy about it. That was supposed to be towards ours spending money for our weekend away thats going to be here before the onepoll money at this rate.
