    Evening Diary,

Wow Friday already.. don't know how that happened! Weve had a covering of the white stuff thrown into the mix tonight, poor DH was cycling home in it . He ended up having to get a taxi half way home as the snow was just covering his glasses and he was soaking wet. I couldn't get the car out but wouldn't have been able to fit his bike as well as us all in the car anyway! Was going to drive round to dancing but we ended up having to walk!!! Eventful but all died down and gone slushy now!

Thanks for all your comments re teenagers and mood swings! DD is 11 so I think were at the very start of it with the hormones starting etc. I wasn't and never am hormonal. She is so rude though and I have found out today this has now extended to school. I am just going to start sending her to her room to calm down. She was at it last night and punched DD2 right in the arm, so again she was told off etc. Tonight has been uneventful but as you lot with teens and preteens know this can quickly change!!!

Payday today  spent £28 in the farmshop on meat.

Tomorrow santa comes to the local farmshop and he does a parade through the villages so going to take DD2 down to watch it as we seem to miss it every year. DD1 will be at football if it isn't called off with the weather.

    Hope all ok xx

    Snow

It's been cold here after a couple of very mild days, but dry and very sunny. Even stayed light until well after 4pm :)

    Have a lovely weekend

  • Morning Diary,

Feel like my diary is turning into a ranting about kids diary! DD1 has woken up totally back to normal this morning, now its DD2's turn. We were supposed to go to the santa parade but she's been absolutely disgusting with her behaviour this morning and I warned her anymore and we would not be going. Next minute she's telling me she hates me and I'm a piece of poo so I shut the door and said right were not going. I have totally had enough of this with the pair of them now .

Anyway we are supposed to be going to do a bit of Christmas shopping this afternoon but if she carries on she will be going nowhere.

Should be a spend day but will see!

    Happy bl00dy Saturday!!! xx

  • Sorry to hear your girls are being difficult. My DSis also being a $h** today and has smashed the screen on his tv whilst playing xbox, I am beyond angry and told him I better not see him for the rest of the evening, I need to calm down before I dish out punishment. Altough I think I will leave his xbox and just remove his tv (if he wants a new one he can save up himself) as this will make him suffer as he has to look at the console/games but has nothing to play it on.

  • Morning Diary,

All turned out well in the end yesterday thank you PLMBL, Pennywise, WF. Did you take away the TV in the end Pennywise?
So we went to the shopping centre later on thinking it would be quieter.. it was heaving! I really can't be doing with it and everything will come from online now!!!
DD spent some of her birthday money and I had a couple of little treats too and only spend £10 of actual money! Bought a bubble bar from lush, totally love these as a treat. Then I bought a skirt from O@sis in Debenhams. It had 25% off so it was £27 and then I had a £20 gift card from my birthday so only cost me £7.

I had also prepared a chinese chicken curry so that we just had to cook up some fried rice when we got home. Saved us caving into a takeaway or fast food whilst we were out. It was really nice too.

Im feeling really tired at the mo and not sure if its my medication needing upping or whether I'm just a bit run down. Going to spend today chilling out, haven't had the opportunity to do this for weeks so its definitely needed. Im going to try upping my vitamin intake and see if that helps, if not il go to the doctors for a blood test.

I got paid on Friday and had £25 extra for some over time I did. Ive put this to one side as I had a couple of hours off a couple of weeks ago when DD2 was unwell so will keep it for when that gets deducted! All swings and roundabouts isn't it!

So today other than chilling a bit of ironing we will be having a roast chicken with allllll the trimmings!

    Happy Sunday all xx

  • Glad your day turned out well.

No his tv is still sat there, he can't use it the screen is totally funked, so its just a little reminder that he has been a pratt. I will probably get DH to take it to the tip later.
