Catching up with your diary has made me feel exhausted you've been so busy. Hope the toothache didn't come back. I need to get back on it, I'm dreading weigh in on Saturday as I feel I lived on pizzas on holiday, feeling very sluggishI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Evening diary,
Just a quick one before I have to go collect DD from dancing via a trip to the coop to buy more washing powder as I think she might be allergic to the current one (persil). She's got a horrendous rash which looks like a washing powder one and the only thing I've changed recently is the washing powder. Have a ton of washing so going to call and see what the coop has to offer as I'm only going to Mr Al's this week and don't fancy starting with another new one.
Had to buy a different antihistamine this morning as the one we have wasn't taking the rash down, plus some anti itch cream so that was £7 in B00ts this morning but needed so can't complain.
Had a lovely day today, its my birthday. DH too busy at work to take time off which I understand so was up at the crack of dawn before he went to work! Got a lovely pandora ring and some perfume (which I knew about) and then a photo frame with some recent photos in. Also got vouchers from my dad, prosecco, chocolates, hair accessories.
My dad took us out for a lunch which was lovely as always and weve got a curry for tea. Spent £25 on that, its an indian shop where you buy it cold and then cook it at home so will have that once DD1 and DH get in from football about 8pm.
One of the pairs of shoes I ordered on Saturday came today. They are soooo comfy and at less than £20 for work I can't complain.
DFOD, I got a second wind and sewed the other 3 on last night whilst watching the Manchester thing in bed!
SA, hate that sluggish feeling. You'll be back on it in no time.
So thats about all from me. Will catch up with everyone soon xxMummytogirls x0 -

Thank you HI and PLMBL
. Without sounding miserable here I actually don't really look forward to birthdays. My mum always used to forget and she always put a bit of a cloud of it and put me off!! Ive looked forward to the food rather than the presents :rotfl:. Dont want to sound ungrateful as I really do appreciate my pressies but when your own mum forgets its not nice!! She did text me at 10am this morning so did remember for once! Last year as I was away I didn't even get a card from her. As mum to 2 girls I could never ever imagine forgetting their birthdays and actually get more excited at their birthdays than mine :A.
Anyway, DD and I are back and waiting for the others to get home. She's watching horrid henry.. probably picking up tips for her bad behaviour :rotfl:
Popped to the coop and spent £23  (£15 of this was on a voucher for DH's nan's birthday), saves me nipping into the town centre for one, paying for parking etc.
Think thats all really, will catch up with a few diaries now xxMummytogirls x0 -
I know what you mean about birthdays. I always enjoy other people's more than my own anyway, but the past (almost!) 13 years, my birthday is just 'the day before DS1's birthday'. Horror had me in labour all my birthday and then dared not to arrive until the next day. Explains a lot :rotfl:. Anyway, can't afford anything for me as all spare cash goes to DS1's day. Good job I like cards more than presents anyway
.
Boo to your Mum! Glad she remembered this year though XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Happy Birthday - just one week after mine
My birthday got lost in the holiday, not sure whether it's a good thing to be away for a birthday. One year I was sat in a pub on my own having lunch as Mr SA was working.

Thank you all
PLMBL, can't believe you were in labour on your birthday and no present on the actual day!!!!! DH's birthday is right after DD1's then Christmas and then DD2's so he always gets a raw deal too!! I always used to prefer the homemade things when the girls were little.
DFOD, I've kind of accepted that thats my mum, still id never do that to one of mine! Cant imagine you would either. I love the photo frame too! For those not on my insta DH's quote was "it incorporates your favourite pastime.. pegging out :rotfl:" as its got pegs to hold the photos in!!! I like his thinking!!!
SA, I think I prefer being away tbh! Aww to you having your own pub lunch since Mr SA was working.. good for you!
So weve had our curry, which was delicious. Id also invited my friend round to join us as we haven't seen her for a while as she is totally snowed under with work. She was thankful and brought more vouchers for me and a lovely card which she had actually chose due to the wording. As the saying goes, you can choose your friendsxx
