I think I just like creating more work for myself Missy!!!

So I've made some oat biscuits for DH and I for tomorrow (thanks to HI diary). We usually have a cuppa and biscuit for a treat on a Saturday.

Today my eating is soooo bad!!! I had weetabix for breakfast and then a cheese toastie for lunch. Since then I've had bought in oat biscuits, 1 of the homemade ones and a packet of popcorn. Cant stop!!! xx

You and me both Missy!!! Oat biscuits are delish, used the BBC recipe but used SR flour. This is the problem with home baking it never lasts in this house :rotfl:

Just been thinking only 2 weeks of the holidays left . As much as I won't want to go back I think I need to get back to sort my spending out (every day is a spend day at the mo) and sort my eating out!!! xx

I've been eating a lot today too MTG! I love being on holiday but do miss the routine of the working week.

I'll be ready to go back to school in 2 weeks!

    Morning Diary,

Hope all ok, I'm having a lovely weekend so far!

Friday night we went to the party and had a brill time. It was a social club type place and the drinks were so cheap! Didn't have a late one as DD had dancing at 9am yesterday morning

Didn't really do much until tea time yesterday when we went to our new local gin bar with my dad and his gf. It was nice but very expensive, I'm not a real lover of gin and I do wonder when a gin bar became so popular! We then came back to ours for food and they left about 10.

So today we are off to a shopping centre to buy my birthday present. DH is nagging at me for what I might like and tbh I'm not overly bothered. Never am when it comes to my birthday. I might like another ring to go with my pandora but can't seem to find 'the' one! Or my watch is a bit old now so will see.

Roast chicken and trimmings for tea. Need to get back on it tomorrow!

Hope everyones having a lovely weekend xx

It's my birthday next week and I didn't really know what I wanted, it's hard when you just buy things as and when you need them. Ended up getting a Radley bag from the online half price sale (via Top Cashback of course!) as I did need a black bag for work. Mr SA pointed out I already had handbags and didn't understand the concept of having bags in different colours to match shoes/outfits - men eh!

I like a drop of gin, although not been to a gin bar yet - I understand it's the "thing" at the moment. I think it used to be seen as an older woman's drink but now it seems young people and men are into it. The plumber who did our bathroom was only young but he was really into his gin (not while he was working I might add LOL).
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    Evening Diary,

A late update for me today! Had a quiestish and most importantly NSD today :j not 100% but it could be NSD1 of the month :o

So got back on the healthy eating and gym wagon today after being on it temporarily last week :rotfl: hopefully it will last longer than a day this time. Im actually feeling more determined to book in for different classes so going to ring up tomorrow and book in for a couple of intros.

So yesterday had a lovely day, thanks HI and SA and just in the nick of time one of the parents from school called to say did the kids want to go out for a dog walk with them!!! This meant we had a peaceful kid free shopping trip. I chose a ring to go with my other one and some perfume. We also enjoyed a st@rbucks in peace too.

SA, I love a Radley too! So glad you've found something for your birthday. I really like my current every day bag and purse.

    Food today:
Breakfast - porridge with banana and chocolate spread
Lunch - chicken and coleslaw sandwich and crisps
Tea - cheese and red onion crisp bake, mash and sweetcorn
Snack - strawberry and mango smoothie
    Gym - body combat class

So the house feels a bit out of control again, its amazing how quickly this can happen with kids around isn't it! So feel like I need a to do list to spur me on tomorrow. I did wash and line dry our bedding today so looking forward to climbing into bed tonight.

    To do list:
    - take kids to Cl@rks for shoes - appointment booked
    - nail appointment (own spending money)
    - call the gym to book in for 2 intros
    - call N3xt to get delivery charge refunded
    - ironing
    - sew DD2s cubs badges on
    - 2 loads of washing (will prob end up in the TD as rain forecast)
    - iron names into uniform

Think thats enough to be going on with. Hope all ok xx
