I've got an ulcer on the inside of my cheek. And lots of spots. As you say, outside reflcting the inside .

Evening Diary,

Well I'm back a little later than anticipated! Thanks all for your support, my lip looked horrendous this morning liked id be smacked in it, all swollen. I think its going down a bit now, fingers crossed for it to go down even more overnight.

All I've really done today is take DD2 to football this morning, fell asleep on the sofa before tea and its made me feel worse! Need to get to bed shortly.... so rock and roll!

MTG if I make it to 10pm I consider it an achievement these days. Hope the mouth ulcer improves soon, they are such tiny things but so painful.

And I will say only one last word - Smonday is fast approaching.

Ooo I hate mouth ulcers/ cold sores - I suffer with them loads and they always make me feel horrible.

The weather has been gorgeous here this morning, clouded over now but we managed to spend an hour in the garden clearing plants and weeds.

So its been lovely here today. I took DD1 to her match this morning to give DH the day off from it. Then this afternoon weve been out for a walk round the village and the park. Kids all playing out and have just been kicking off as I won't let them off the street and down the park! They obviously think I'm the meanest whilst I'm thinking all the other parents are too slack :rotfl:. Its just that little bit too far for my liking and they're only 10 and 8 after all! They can sulk away, DH and I were both in agreement about the matter.

Ive just finished sewing on 5... yes 5 badges which DD2 brought home from Beavers last week. Not sure why they leave them so long before giving them out.

Just having 5 mins before I need to get on with tea, roast chicken and all the trimmings tonight.

Oh how could I forgot today is NSD4 :j

Evening Diary,

Monday... done!!!

It hasn't been a bad day all in all, can't complain. Work was busy but nice busy not manic. Went to the gym after work and I've then had a shower and caught up with my ironing. Also had a load dried outside today :T

I've been so good with my food today and I'm staying away from the kitchen to avoid me picking :rotfl:

Breakfast - Porridge with banana and nutella
Lunch - Chicken and stuffing sandwich, french fries crisps and strawberries, raspberries and natural yoghurt
Tea - Pasta bake with broccoli and garlic bread
Snacks - mango, apple and pear and raspberry smoothie
