Our Feb target for NSD's was 15:eek:
We also have loads of other tasks throughout the month - it certainly makes you think about when you spend.
Personally I don't count DD's, medical costs or petrol but count everything else:eek:
I'll pop over now!0 -
Hope work has been OK and well done on your NSD!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Afternoon Diary,
Just a fleeting visit before my taxi journey start with the kids. Actually annoyed with DD1 tonight as she's has absolutely no regard for the amount of running around I do and stropped off when I told her no to going to her friends for an hour  KIDS!
So today the joint account looks less nice :rotfl: about £1500 less nice now the mortgage etc have gone out. Anyway needs must and all that.
Today is spend day... 59p in the co-op at 7am this morning on passata. Needed it for my slow cooker recipe which was going on for tea. Think we could do with bread aswell so I'm going to go and get some when dropping the kids at dancing. Then tomorrow will be NSD1 :j.
Just renewed my car insurance with the H@lifax... Only about £30 a year cheaper but cheaper all the same.
GC, hope you enjoy your pancakes when you finally get them!!! I only count actual cash or card purchases as spend days, not direct debits.
EE, where do I find these Ninja Saving Turtles?! Need them in my life immediately!!!
DFOD, work ok thanks.
Food:
Breakfast - porridge with nutella and banana
Lunch - chicken tikka salad and jelly
Tea - fahitas
Snacks - 2 crumpets going spare at work
Thats all got to go take kids to dancing, will try catch up later if I'm not too tired after the gym xxMummytogirls x0 -

This is our March challenge - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5609038
We lurk in Debt Challenge part - we use the initials NST so anything with that is us Turtles.
Feb's challenge should also be near the top as it has only just finished but it will give you another take on our monthly challenges.
Hope you can join us.0 -

Afternoon Diary,
Enjoyed my laze around last night and felt so much better for it this morning. Ive done all the weeks ironing (usually I try get it done the day it comes out of the TD) and cleaned the bathrooms. DH has done the hoovering and polishing.
Off to drop DD off at football with grandad shortly and then DH, I and other DD have got a few jobs to do. Need mince from the butchers, then to the tip with the dead microwave and then to Mr S for a few bits we can't get anywhere else. With DH in tow who knows what might fly into the basket :rotfl:
Mr T's brought the shopping this morning which came in at £80.15 , hopefully next week will be cheaper!!
Also postie brought me a gift card for £5 from the local farmshop for a foreign object I found in my pasty last week
Think thats all..... NSD1 tomorrow :rotfl: xxMummytogirls x0 -
Oh no what was in your pastry? I once found a slug in a farm stall veg pie from the local farmers market. I actually couldn't believe it. The market manager was lovely but the stall themselves basically accused me of being a liar! I took it back to show them" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Divorcing, unclear on final debt total right now, but focusing on building a financial buffer zone.0
