Glad mine aren't the only ones DF0D, DD1 wears a shirt and tie in September so I think thats what caused so much excitement although DD1 was excited about new polos

So I've been a bit eager and amended my signature a day early but I know the payments will go out tomorrow. Sooooo excited to report that I'm into the 9k's :j We only made small payments last month as we had to pay a bit out for the dog and still waiting for that back so it feels like we haven't made a dent for a while!

Also went through my spread sheet of spends for the summer and just deliberating when to buy the Euros. Should really have done it before brexit it but didn't even cross my mind :o anyone any ideas?

Did my meter readings too... £45 in credit, not much but given we still had the heating on in May it can't be helped! xx

You just made me worry I'd missed the 1st of the month for meter readings then!

I still need a few polo shirts and trousers, but then I'm done with uniform.. so much cheaper than last year.

    Morning Diary,

Up and out early this morning for a sale at the local football club... DH insisted I go and it was a complete waste of time! No kids things at all  We didn't even get out the queue but a woman coming out told me so didn't bother spending another half hour in the queue!

So we called into Mr A's to collect some of the uniform, mostly ok but the trousers are awful so they will be going back! Kids also fleeced me out of new lunch boxes and a new bag for DD2 (all budgeted!) £21.

Just going to clean up this morning and then pop to N3xt to collect my order from the sale. Also need to go to the butchers so a spendy day today.

Haha DF0D, its just me getting ahead of myself following a day in the house pondering!!

Happy Friday all - can't believe weve been off a week  xx

    Evening Diary,

Nothing too exciting to report from here, just a weekend of football tournaments really!! I made a chicken curry from scratch for tea which was pretty nice too.

Tomorrow another tournament and its going to be pretty much an all day thing as its about 1 hour away. Ive got a chicken to put in the slow cooker so that at least weve got a Sunday tea pretty much cooked.

Thanks SA, I am so pleased to be under the £10k's!!

    Hope all ok x

    Afternoon Diary,

Not long back from meeting up with a friend at another park which was lovely. Weather seemed fine when I left so pegged out... came back to washing more wet than when it went out!!! You just can't trust the forecast at all these days.

Also collected my n3xt sale order whilst we were out, DD1 seems happy with the things I've bought her, most in age 11 for next year but some she can wear already!!

Not much to report really, SSD on ice creams at the park.

    Hope all ok x

    Morning Diary,

Girls slept out at MIL last night so need to go collect them soon... peace and quiet will soon stop ha!

Had big plans for this morning i.e. cleaning and ironing but I didn't wake up until when DH text me at 9 so I haven't done any of that but hey ho. Went to a killer exercise class last night and I think that just truly tired me out, legs are not wanting to work this morning :rotfl:

So I'm taking the girls swimming later, won't cost anything as still have some fun swims from when DD2 used to go. Today will be NSD1 :j

DF0D, I dont blame you. I think today we have your yesterday's weather!! Tomorrow looks ok though!

    Hope all ok x
