Afternoon Diary,
Our dogs suffering is over, we had the vets come last night. It was one of the most horrendous things I've been through and we are missing him being here so much but it was the right thing to do.
Ive had him taken to a little pet cremation place up the road, the vets couldn't turn it around quick enough and I hated the thought of him being there in the vets until next week so rang this other place. I feel better that he is back close to home again.
The worst part is coming back in the house and him not flying down the hallway to greet us wagging his tail against the wall. Although he wasn't active in recent weeks he had started coming to greet us again.
Hope everyones ok and thank you so much for your support over the past few weeks xxMummytogirls x0 -

Awwwww DF0D thank you for your lovely message. We had soooo many good times with him, he was such a good boy and never ever caused me any cause for concern around the kids. All the kids on the street always had him playing out with them and he loved it! We have so many photos, videos and memories of him.
Ive had so many friends and family messaging me about him today as everyones been rooting for him to pull through. Everytime I read another one it sets me back off!!
Weve been out and bought the kids a locket each this afternoon and they've each got a piece of his fur in. I have a links of london bracelet and I've seen a locket charm I'm going to order to do the same. DH would also like a little keepsake too so if anyone has any ideas please let me know xxMummytogirls x0 -
I had a locket that has some of my woofer's ashes in and the rest are in a box under our bed.. I don't know what to do with them, but I can't part with them.. it would feel so wrong..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Did you know you can have jewellery made out of ashes DF0D? Im currently looking at some cufflinks for DH. Were going to canvas or photo block made to go next to his ashes too xxMummytogirls x0

DF0D I did find a cheaper one but il have to have a search for it again and then post it as I didn't save it. Ashes to glass is ridiculously expensive but people will pay it won't they!
Thanks Puzzcat xxMummytogirls x0 -
It was this one DF0D http://www.bathaquaglass.com/all-ashes-in-glass-products.html
The selection of jewellery isn't as good though xxMummytogirls x0 -
I am so sorry to read this MTG. Big hugs from me xx We are going to pick up our cat's ashes tomorrow and will scatter them in the garden where he was happy then plant something nice there. They become such a big part of our lives but unfortunately they don't live that long. My heart goes out to you.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
