Afternoon Diary,
Thank you Alice, stressed mum, DF0D and PLMBL for all your messages :kisses3: I really do appreciate every one.
So I was out for the count by 9pm last night, woke up around 7.20am so feel great today.
Dog seems great today, he was so unsteady last night I was worried about him falling down the stairs as our living room is upstairs. He's great after a good nights sleep though. The bill came to £475 plus weve got another 2 check ups so I've told them to keep the claim form until weve had those and then send it off altogether.
So today DH and I have been out shopping for DDs birthday which is next week (left them with my mum). Weve bought her a preowned xbox from G@me, this seemed the best option as she has asked for one but were unsure as to if she will really play on it and didn't want to be spending near on £200. Its a really nice one, DH had a look at it and asked them to change the controller as it seemed a bit faded and grubby... he is really fussy you should have seen his face :rotfl:. We also bought minecraft which was only £10 if bought at the same time and my friend is giving me the money back for that.
Then some new converse. She's having a few friends over for a party home and going out to pizza hut so I think thats more than enough really!
Then we popped to Ike@ for a shelving unit for DH's mancave... q £125 , this is for his birthday aswell which is also this month. I had to sit in the back on the way home as it was nearly the full length of the car! These spends were all budgeted for today.
I popped to the butchers for steak for tea... £9.40 spent plus £4.49 in Mr T's express on a couple of bits. They didn't have everything I needed for my top up so will have to visit the big Mr T's near swimming.
I was really proud of myself on Thursday when everything was stressy as this is when id usually fall off the wagon and ate anything in sight! I didn't and I even still made Fridays salad in advance.
Todays food:
Breakfast - oaty pancake with yoghurt and blueberries (stole this off someone I'm following on IG)
Lunch - leftover crustless quiche with cottage cheese and salad
Tea - steak and peppercorn sauce, sw pot and normal chips, mushrooms, onions and veg
Snacks - banana and a packet of skips
Right I think thats all from me. Just going to do my last online shop with Mr T's for a while as my delivery plan expires on the 17th. They were wanting to charge double to continue so I've cancelled and will try click and collect for a bit until they send me an offer!!!!
Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -

So glad your dog is getting better. The first thing we did when we got our dog was get her insured, vet bills for dogs are astronomical.
So many people I know have blokes who have "man caves" -time for "woman caves" I think.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
