Hi mtg, I hope you are enjoying your days off before the big day despite all the lurgy going around, I feel for your dd what a nasty infection and such a horrible thing to deal with when so young - hope the antibiotics start working quickly.
Hope you manage to get out and about over the next couple of days.

Afternoon Diary,
Well I've been such a busy bee today I've literally just sat down!
First parcel came about 10 this was some new face stuff I ordered as a present to me :rotfl:, next about 12 which is my Christmas card stand, 3rd came at 2 and this is DH's Christmas present thats been on back ordered (currently in the garage!) and at 3pm came my shopping with Mr T's so its been a steady stream all day.
Ive cleaned my oven today, the skirtings downstairs as they get filthy with the dog in and out, bathrooms including skirtings, DD2s bedroom which is just a pit! Also got her clean bedding on so who knows how long it will stay tidy and then a quick hoover round.
My Mr T's order came to £123 , that did include some beers and cider. Gosh I'm sounding like a right alcoholic this last week, we do have visitors coming round on Christmas and boxing day . My fridge is so full I can't fit anything else in. Did anyone see on the news about the oversized sprouts? Just had some delivered and they are massive compared to normal!!!
DD1 is loads better today but she's currently asleep on the sofa which is totally unlike her. Im hoping she's going to feel up to leaving the house tomorrow.
DH was out for a big lunch today so he's already told me he won't require any tea which suits me fine!! Il have some leftover curry from Sunday and the girls can have a pizza.
Thats about all from me. Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -

Don't even mention the big shop spend to me! I have also mainly spent on beer, wine and cider. Why are we suddenly going to drink so much just because it's Christmas - although like you we have guests. I also have a packed fridge and I haven't finished yet!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Morning Diary,
SA, so glad im not the only one looking like an alcoholic on here :rotfl:.
So DD1 is much better today, were off to soft play shortly to burn off some energy. They've been up since 5am every morning this week with Christmas giddiness . Im not feeling the 5am starts tbh ha!!!
Last night I rang $ky as my offer was up, managed to renegotiate a better deal and cheaper price! Weve got movies and HD extra for less than we were paying before. Im not bothered for either of things just the cheaper price!!!
Ive also rung to book for car in for its MOT. Its a good job DH was on the ball as he remembered I had free MOT for life at the garage... they didn't mention that when I rung them yesterday to check the actual date its due with it being the first one... robbing g!ts! Ive rung back this morning to confirm and book it in. Will make sure DH tops up everything so they can't charge me for anything!!!
So were off to soft play with my cousin and her daughter soon. Will have lunch there and then pop to my mums to drop presents off and pick up my turkey and beef from the butchers.
Ive already for a chicken in the slow cooker for tonights tea.
Happy Wednesday everyone!!! xxMummytogirls x0 -

Afternoon Diary,
Just having 5 minutes after a busy morning!
Weve been to watch the Charlie Brown movie this morning followed by a McDs paid for by my friend, its a little tradition we have going on!! DH has made the soup this afternoon for tomorrow and I made the ice cream last night. We do like to make life hard for ourselves you know!!!
Tonight we are out for a meal... another little tradition we have made for ourselves.
PLMBL, DF0D and Rebecca, hope you all have a lovely Christmas, whatever you may be up to! I mean January MOT, whoever would allow this to happen :rotfl:. Hopefully mine will be fully free!
This morning my straighteners decided to die... lovely timing! There is a shop who my friend recommended that can repair them so think il do that rather than paying out for a new pair. I haven't even had them that long which is annoying! I can't remember where I bought them from though so can't even trace it back that way.
Thats about all from me. Hope everyone has a lovely day tomorrow. Will catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Happy Christmas mtg, I hope 2016 brings you all you want xx
