Hi Mummytogirls
Just read your post and I'm sorry to read your news:(
Just a thought, have you looked at Gumtree? I got my job from their website, Reed Online have quite a good website as well. On a positive note at least you know what you are dealing with now.
Good Luck:A0 -

Hi everyone, thanks for your support
.
Finished my CV today so emailed it off to a few friends, some in high places who can criticise it for me . It looks really good to me so I hope they dont pull it to shreds ha! DH had a quick look and put his two pence worth in too!!
Today was a NSD and we went to a friends for lunch so that didnt need to be paid for. She didnt even want to us to bring anything to contribute.
Been snowing again !!!!!! and its extremely cold tonight so weve hit the extra hour button on the central heating.
Going to ring BT in a mo to get into a better package with them, got the details the other night but we wanted to weigh up our options first. This will save us some money each month which is what were aiming for.
Eon was a no hoper, how can they quote you incorrect figures? It always seems to happen and then they end up being more expensive. I called them to clarify and no they were more expensive over the year than scottish power so I think we will stay put for now.
Think thats it from me. Hope your all ok x xMummytogirls x0 -
Woohoo just managed to get 25% off my sky bill for the next 12 months!!! This takes it to £15.38 per month!!
Cheeky thing is ive only just come off a 50% off for 6 months offer! Played the I cant afford card, which really we cant but this is our only luxury!
So anyone out there reading, get yourselves a better off.... NOW!!! xMummytogirls x0 -
Yay well done to getting Sky to reduce the bill, it just shows that they can do it. :T

Morning diary, I am getting increasingly annoyed with surveys ! Does anyone else think as soon as you get near to the payout value you start getting screened out left, right and centre?! Ive got 850 with opinion world and ive just done 4 surveys worth 200 points and got screen out of them all.
Anyway!
Choogirl, did you manage to ring British Gas?
Fizzy, make sure you dont forget!!
Well yesterday was a small spend day! £2 on toddler group for DD and £1 on bread rolls. We need milk, bread and all that today. My mum gave me some farmfoods vouchers the other day, so I think I will prob go there and stock up the freezer as well as getting the bits I need. If I spend £25, il get £2.50 off so that will be the cheapest week ever! Still got veg, fruit in fridge so dont need that. Might just them need to nip to farmshop for meat.
Need to buy a card aswell for DD's friends party tomorrow, will use one of the pressies out of my pressie box, ive got some little games in there.
The Sun holidays starts today, so im considering buying the papers nad booking us a cheap break. Probably only break we will get this year so il look into that aswell today.
Took pics of Ebay stuff last night and am going to list them this afternoon.
Think thats all from me. Im really tired this week, think its first week back and all that. Plus ive constantly got something on my mind ie putting a load of washing in to get it on radiators in time, thinking about what I need to get out of freezer for tomorrows tea, theres always something and its tiring me out a bit!!
Did my ironing last night, so this morning il do the bathrooms and hoover and polish.
Right best get cracking!! Happy Saturday everyonex x

Hi mummy, we have done it before a few years ago. You can go between Feb/March & June I think. June is £15 per person though.
You would have been better with yesterdays paper but I think theres more than enough tokens if you started collecting today. Think its the News of the World you get today instead of the Sun.
Theres also service charge to pay and you pay for passes to the swimming and what not but under 5's go free.
Heres the link:-
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/travel/sunholidays/article2062017.ece
Re the service charge that might be £6.95 per night, then the passes are £6.50.
So for us it would cost approx:-
4 x £9.50 = £38
4 x £6.95 = £27.80 (service charge for 4 nights)
2 x £6.50 = £13 (passes for DH and I)
Total £78.80 for a Monday - Friday break which I dont consider too bad to say they charge £500 ish on the website!!
Hope this helps x x xMummytogirls x0
