. The he said weve too much to pay out but if I can show that we can afford to go then we can go... need to put my budget together and to him. Im so p!ssed off with this, I feel this I can go on for so long then it all just gets too much. Thing what p!sses me off even more which I pointed out the other week was why do you say we cant go, cause a big arguement and then have a counter offer?! Anyone would think he liked the arguement .
Anyway, nevermind. Dont think ive anything else to report x x
If you went on your own and he stayed home it wouldn't be as expensive and if he doesn't want to go doesn't mean to say you can't still go, I'm sure it would do you good to get out for a few hours and enjoy yourself.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Evening diary,
Well a spend day today, but not too much considering. Went and bought DD's pressies, cake and cards. Didnt spend too much at all. Got her 2 presents in Argos and then shes got all the family stuff too so more than enough. Plus shes having a party too.
Hi TMD, I know what your saying but its a family thing if you know what I mean. I would feel really uncomfortable going on my own.
Did the meter readings this afternoon, weve used £45 in 2 weeks which could be better, but not horrifically bad to say its winter!!! I think hanging clothes over radiators if defo keeping the bills down.
We received 2 cheques for our old phones today, only £10 but better than nothing :T. DH also received his free bluray DVD which he got free with the player so hes pleased with that too.
Wrote my letter to Morrisons just need to post it tomorrow along with the suspect potato!!!
Think thats more or less all from me!! Catch up soon x xMummytogirls x0 -
Forgot to say I treat myself to some foundation out of my boots voucher today. I smashed mine a while back and desperately needed it.
Anyway on the counter there were some free sachets of some new moisturiser, which coincidently I have also run out of! So I took 5 haha!!!Mummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummytogirls
I've just noticed that your signature balance has changed - well done:T
Ha ha to 5 moisturisers I like it. Sounds like you've had a good, productive day I like those.
Have you managed to persuade DH to go out at the weekend yet?0 -
Hi choogirl, get yourself to Boots and see if they have any in yours haha!! Its a new one theyve got coming out No7 intense moisture or something. Just what I need in this weather for my poor face!
Yeah we are going at the weekend woohoo!!
Small spend day here for me, took DD to playgroup and then popped in the co-op for bread, milk and picked up some reduced blueberry muffins for 35p :T! So £2.09 in the co-op not bad at all.
Bedding in the dryer at the mo, havent got big enough radiators to get the double quilt cover dry. Need to sort out a load for tonight ready for the radiators in the morning.
DD's pressies are all ready for the big day! Going to pick hers up from my mums later so shes got it ready.
Ooohhh my neighbour text me last night telling me shes cleared out her wardrobe and I can take what I want, rest is going to charity. So im going round tonight to raid through haha!! She has some gorgeous stuff and we are same size which is good. I was just wondering what I could wear tomorrow night aswell.
Right think thats all from me! Hope your all ok x xMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummytogirls
I am heading into Boots next week lol. I am going to take my old mascara to Debenhams and trade it in for a new Clinque one as well on Monday. I thought I might spend my Boots voucher on a new mascara but no need to now so I will save it for some new perfume in the spring.
Wow what a generous neighbour why don't I have one like that? A nice new outfit and it won't cost you a penny
Have a good weekend and enjoy your night out xx0 -
Hi Choogirl,
what is this about trading in mascara? do you get it for free?
She is nice, I asked her if she wanted anything for them and she said no there only going to charity. Got a black bin bag full of jeans, tops and what not!! Got a nice dress I might wear tomorrow night aswell!!
Happy weekend everyonex

Hi Mummytogirls
You can take any old mascara to the Clinique counter at Debenhams and they will swap it for a nice new one. Its only a mini size though, better than nothing and its FREE! Any brand of mascara can be taken in and it starts Monday 17th January:D
A nice new dress lucky you:j0 -
Morning diary,
Thanks for the info Choogirl, we dont have a Debenhams but will bear it in mind for if im going near one!!
Well had a busy weekend hence why ive not posted! Managed to pop to the local Tescos and pick up quite a few reduced items inc fruit and bread for £9.93! Was quite impressed with myself really.
Got a £2.50 and £5 off at farmfoods voucher so will use that this week and stock up the freezer and cupboards. Hopefully then I can not go shopping until next week.
Received my voucher from Ipsos but still no sign from Toluna, apparently their supplier has exhausted stocks !!
Sent the crisps off to Mr M's last week so will wait for their reply.
Think thats all from me, will catch up soon x xMummytogirls x0 -
hi mummytogirls,
well done on for only spending £9.93 in tecsos, sometimes i think that popping to the shops and coming out with just what we need just goes to show how determined we all are :T i used to go in for a couple of pounds worth of stuff and end up spending at least £10. never again!!
hopefully the vouchers you have will come in handy and save you some money.
have a good day.
