Hi Chrysalis,

Weve always got something to do at the weekends, we never get a quiet one!

Tomorrow we need to go buy DD1s cubs top and decorate the house for the trick or treaters.

Sunday is always cleaning in the morning and then DD2s swimming lesson. Weve been invited to some friends for tea on Sunday which will be nice.

What you guys up to?

Just ordered DD1 bean boozled for her birthday from DD2. She's been obsessed with this for ages so I'm sure she will be pleased. Ive signed up for a 30 day free am@zon pr1me trial so got it delivered to our local post office for free too :money: xx

Morning Diary,

Its very cloudy here today but not raining which is a bonus given thats all its done all week!! There is some sun forecast but I'm yet to see it!

Ive got my washer on and will put the things over the airer.

DH switched the heating on this morning and OMG I am tooooo hot! He turned it back off after half an hour :rotfl:. Im still red hot now.

PLMBL, Ive already told DD I won't be tasting any of them :rotfl:.

Nothing too exciting to report from here this morning xx

Afternoon Diary,

So weve been to the scout shop again this morning for DDs cubs top and annoyingly they didn't have the size again! I was quite annoyed, DH couldn't quite see why I was so annoyed but he hasnt trailed there twice like I have! Anyway, I've ordered it online, hopefully it will arrive early next week before the remembrance service.

I received some Mr Ms vouchers in the post yesterday for 12000 points over 4 shops. Im deliberating over what to do as this would mean physically doing the shops myself rather than delivery and I know one of the weeks I can't do it myself. I don't think I can miss up on £9 worth of points!

Also Mr Ts and their point scheme have annoyed me aswell! On my receipt yesterday from Mr T's express it showed that I had over 1000 points however I only seem to be getting £9.50 of vouchers which means I can't double up £10. This isn't the first time this seems to have happened either.

Just done my meter readings and weve used £4 more in the gas and electric than last month. Were £76 in credit so I'm sure this won't take long to be eaten up over the winter.

Feeling a bit whingy this afternoon if you can't tell! xx

Genuinely interested why DD is doing cubs and not brownies? I know girls can do cubs, but would like to know your thought process??

Not at all whiney, it's your diary - rant away.. I'd be racked off too if I'd gone somewhere for nothing!

Morning Diary,

Had an awful nights sleep just really restless and then one of the neighbours was knocking on her door for ages at 3am to get in. Felt like I was never going to get back to sleep.

Cracked straight on with the cleaning when I got up, DH hoovered and polished whilst I cleaned the bathrooms and did the ironing. It was a joint effort which I really appreciated and now the house looks sparking.

DF0D, there is no brownies or guides round here its just mixed groups of beavers, cubs and scouts. Tbh though if brownies is still the same as when I went i.e. sewing and cooking badges DD1 would hate that! Camping, climbing trees and orienteering is much more up her street :rotfl:.

So weve been invited out for lunch at one of DH's colleagues so I need to pop to Mr T's for dessert on the way back from DDs swimming lesson.

Just got everything ready for school tomorrow so basically all we will need to do tonight is bath the kids and were all ready for tomorrow.

Ps. I've been writing this post for an hour as my dad turned up in-between!!! xx

Sounds like you've had a lovely weekend so far, great news on all the points and getting cubs outfit online very annoying after all the treking. I genuinely don't think that some men know how much of a pain it is to trek to and from shopping sometimes!

Hope you enjoy your lunch, well done on getting ready for school already I can't believe the week has just flown by.

Evening Diary,

Were back, thorough enjoyed our lunch and a catch up. Got home around 6 and sorted the packed lunches out for tomorrow and got the kids in the bath. They're now chilling in bed watching a bit of TV before lights out and a good nights sleep for school tomorrow.

Were watching Jekyll and Hyde has anyone watched it its quite good!

DF0D, its nice that you have the choice but also that you can keep them together if you would prefer. Were waiting for a place for DD2 to start at Beavers as theres a waiting list at the moment.

Chrysalis, I know its absolutely flown by hasnt it! Haven't thought any more about sky trying to ignore it at the mo ha!

So weve hit the 1st Nov and were still without the heating. It was so warm outside today when I came out of DDs swimming lesson to the car I had to take my coat off.

Thats about all from me. Back to work tomorrow xx
