  • Afternoon Diary,

Just got back from DDs swimming lesson, glad to back inside its so awful outside! Theres been quite a lot of flooding locally but we live at the top of a big hill so were ok here.

Alice and DF0D, thoroughly enjoyed my chinese and glass of wine! Even had some leftovers for lunch today.

So this morning weve cracked on cleaned up and done the ironing. Im just about to do the Mr T's shop to be delivered Tuesday and then we have pork and leek sausage, mash and veg for tea. Ive only 2 carrots left but having a NSD so will use up the broccoli, peas and leeks we have in the fridge which will be more than enough.

Then lush baths all round (we had a little treat in the shop yesterday!) forgot about that spend ha!!

Hope all ok and not too affected by the weather xx

  • Just done online shop and stuck to my £40 budget, knocked off my £4.50 Mr T's vouchers so just under £36.

Also we had the heating on yesterday as it was chilly when we came back from shopping. Haven't had it on today yet but we will later on as its coming chilly now. Cant complain really!

Looking forward to I'm a celeb tonight x

  • All sounding good mtg, hope the weather isn't causing you too many problems.

Well done on the T***o savings, and lush baths sounds good nice to have a little treat x

Great news on the shopping trip but wonders if you are slightly under the weather going on a Saturday, and especially in the run up to madness!

    Have a good evening.

  • Evening Diary,

    Well thats Monday done!

Chrysalis, I do wonder myself too if I'm under the weather going shopping less than 6 weeks before Christmas on a Saturday! We can't go any other time though!

PLMBL, we are in good old Yorkshire. I think most of the floods have subsided now. Thank you for your good wishes

DF0D, I did stay up un til 11 watching I'm a celeb and I'm paying today!!

So had a really busy day at work and am seriously flagging now! I was sat down earlier waiting to take DD1 to cubs and I swear I could have nodded sat up!

Today has been a NSD, no 5 or 6 can't remember which and my diary is downstairs!! Im watching the programme which will now take over 9pm every night for 3 weeks and I bet as soon as it finishes I'm asleep!

Tomorrow will be a spend day as we need mince for DH and kids bolognaise and I'm off out again! Already got the money hidden in my purse for this.

Thats all for me, hope all ok xx

  • Evening Diary,

Kids just watching some American tripe so I'm here catching up!

I was supposed to be out with a friend this evening but in the end she couldn't make it until at least 8pm which is just too late! Weve rearranged for next week.

So got the shopping delivered tonight which was £40.21 but ended up getting some juice refunded which was leaking. In the end I think it was someone elses juice which had leaked onto my juice! Anyway not complaining!!!

I also took my favourite going out shoes and work shoes in for re-heeling... I was pleasantly surprised at £4 a pair, need to collect them tomorrow after work.

So weve had kievs, roast potatoes and veg for tea tonight and whilst I was there I made a bolognaise for tomorrows tea.

Other spends today are £13 in the butchers on mince and a joint of topside for Sunday.

Nothing too much to report xx
