Hi mtg, glad drs are looking at what may be causing the tiredness and sickness if it does come back as a definite for UAT then at least you can get the right treatment for it.
Fantastic news on the girls parents evening, well done kids!
Tesco sounds a bit odd, maybe because he was so early so didn't want the bosses to see.
Hope all is quiet with dh away.

Is dd being stroppy about anything in particular or just in general? My dd is great but my ds has tantrums occasionally, he is still young enough to get time out sometimes but more often he is not allowed to use the computer for a period of time and we stick to it.
Have a lovely lunch tomorrow, not been for THAT test for ages very bad!
Enjoy your week off.

Hi Mummytogirls
I found when my daughter was that age (and my goodness she was stroppy) just dont bite back, because I used to bite back and it would descend into anarchy.
You have to stay calm, state your piece and walk away. If you need to go cry about it do so in private LOL. I found it passed in time.Credit Card debt £10247.17 1/1/20200 -
Afternoon Diary,
Lots of lovely visitors in the past 24 hours, thank you all!! Im glad you all know which appointment I was getting at and Chrysalis, get yourself booked in if you're due! It wasn't sure bad although I could not concentrate this morning until it was done. Wasn't too bad, I don't know why I get myself all wound up over them!
Whilst I was there I checked in on my blood results. They were back and same again so booked in with the doctor on Weds to discuss medication etc.
So DD has been at it again this afternoon. I had promised them an ice cream but totally forgot my purse. Before I could even get my words out and explain that they could have one when he came round she was stropping off, throwing her arms in the air!! So I've told her thats it no ice cream now when he comes either. She has got to learn. Its so hard not to react when they're carrying on isn't it pink! Especially when they're shouting over you, I could swing for them!!! I would say its probably her age (she's 9 in 2 weeks). She just totally thinks the world is against her. I actually thought we had a few more years before this started.
So tonight is the school disco which we are going to after tea. If DD1 starts again though thats the next punishment on the list.
So I'm making KFC for tea, need to crack on soon though as I need it dishing up for 5pm so they can eat and then get ready.
Today I went out for lunch with my friend and I'm still full!!! She paid too which was a lovely surprise. I don't know if I'm going to be able to fit my tea in, might save mine until I get back from the disco.
DFOD we are just catching up with friends and chilling out next week. Think we all need it tbh. Happy half term to you too
Happy weekend allxx

Hi mummy
sorry you are having issues with DD.
I have to agree with pink - the worst thing I ever did was argue back as it meant the argument went on for ages rather than it dying down quickly.
My DD is nearly 13 but she has been having mood swings since she was 9. One minute she would be ok and the next she would fly off the handle and start banging doors and all sorts.
She was definitely worse when tired or hungry - even now I try to get her to eat 3 meals a day with snacks and go to bed at a reasonable time.
Looking back now I can see that certain weeks of the month were worse than others - I guess it was her hitting puberty with her hormones all over the place.
Earlier this year she started her periods and in the week - 10days leading up to them each month she is like a monster. Her temper astounds me and I genuinely think she would harm someone.
I know she is young and does not know how to express how she is feeling when she is hormonal but I hope this does not go on for much longer.
The problem is I can see myself in her and I was a proper female dog to everyone each month from 12yrs old. It was only a few years ago when I started on Agnus Castus that my monthly mood/temper has disappeared.
I fear DD will need these also - I thought I would give her 12 - 18mths to get her cycle regular and will then approach the GP to discuss.0
