Hi Mummy, If your working in a school are with a union? If you are working more hours than your contract or they expect you to go in during holidays you have to be paid for it.

            Hi Pennywise,
Im not but I do need to look into it. Im going to make it clear to the head when I go back that I did feel like I had to constantly check my emails, we dont get paid for holidays like she and the teachers do and I think its out of order.
Tbh though I dont want paying for them as then that expectation to work would be there.
Nothing much to report from me, today has been a NSD!!! Dont really count them much anymore but I feel proud today ha!!!
Most of the DD's have gone out and ive just done the meter readings. £70 for both for the whole month which I still think is a lot but hey ho were not leaving things on for the sake of it. Ive compared it to last year and it seems about right but it still seems high.
Hope all ok, happy weekend xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy, your right it's not fair when the teachers and head are paid and TA's are not that your expected to go in, I have to go in a day early at the end of the summer at and I've made clear that I will be claiming for it.0

            Afternoon Diary,
Well what a totally miserable day, I am really not appreciating it! It puts a stop to half decent days out as everyone ends up wet and miserable, no washing can be pegged out.. ive got a load currently in the TD and another in the washer as I just cant tell from the forecast if im going to be able to peg out anytime soon .
I know Pennywise, totally unfair isnt it! The head asked us to go in a day early and ive said no, ive still got the kids at home so I cant really.
Nothing to report really! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi mummy, same here with washing. I didn't do any this morning as it was raining but come this afternoon the sun came and clear blue sky.:(
Hope your got some dry weather this afternoon........DS3 starts getting cabin fever if he is cooped.

            Morning Diary,
Monday again, these weeks do fly by dont they!
Alice, I did manage to get some washing done yesterday, but I had already had to do get 2 loads dry in the TD as I cant go a day without washing as it just gets unmanageable, especially when you dont know when your next pegging out day is! Hope you enjoyed your weekend.
So ive just done an online shop with Mr T to be delivered tomorrow morning. No way am I going to the supermarket with the kids in tow! £55 so not too bad and got a few extras too.
The kids bedding has just finished in the washer and its ready to be pegged out. Just need to fly round with the hoover and that will do to keep the house tidyish!
Also got another £2 coin this weekend so thats now £92 along with the £7 in other coins... £99 woohoo!!!
Nothing much in other money to report. Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Evening Mummy just catching up, your tidying during the holidays sounds like mine
I picked all the carp off the floor this morning, threw it on beds, sofas, tables (whatever was closest) and whizzed round with the hoover and duster
That's about as good as it gets with the kids AND DH at home! :rotfl: 0 -
            Hi Mummy
Hope you are well!
I don't blame you for not taking the kids shopping mine are a nightmare in the supermarket with can I have all the time? It costs me a fortune if they come and the grocery budget gets blown out of the water if DH tags along as well! Yesterday I enjoyed shopping at Mr S just to get some time to myself, how sad is that?
Take care x0 -
            Morning Diary,
Monday and another week has gone by since I last posted! Feel like im about to start counting down to going back to school and work... dont like this at all
!
So last week was another busy one with seeing friends and days out. We did very well not to spend much money and only buy ice creams which keeps me happy. We went camping again at the weekend, it was so lovely just to have some down time and do simple things such as play a game of cricket with some of the other people there.
Today weve not got much planned, I really need to do some cleaning round but its not appealing to me right now :rotfl:. It rained all day yesterday and I had to use the TD. Today there is a break in the rain until 2pm so ive pegged out even if it is like gailforce outside... should help it dry quicker.
I cant believe my life seems to revolve around whether I can peg out or not haha!!!!
I was going to do a panic online shop last night as we were running out of milk and what felt like everything. The delivery costs were £4 so I had a quick change of heart! Took stock of everything we actually had in and popped to Mr T's just for milk and crisps and only spent £2.78 so im quite pleased with that. We have enough bits and bobs to last us until Wednesday now.
DFW and Choo, thanks for popping in. DFW, I will clean up in winter :rotfl:. Haha Choo its funny when the shopping no longer becomes a chore but a luxury.
Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Just done a few surveys on onep0ll.. now up to £32.40, wont reach payout for ages im sure! xxMummytogirls x0
