  • Good news about the DD, better in your account than theirs.

    Have a good day.

Thanks Pennywise. Im so cross with myself, will never let them reduce it lower than £98 again as I know thats the amount that keeps us even over the year.

You have a nice day too xx

    Afternoon Diary,

Just back from the dentist £36 lighter! All got a clean bill of health though and I suppose you cant put a price on your teeth! I saw a sign up whilst we were in there, they have a private dentist in there aswell... £120 an hour ! Il stick to the £18 each thanks.

So other than that weve had a spend free day. Been to friends, had lunch there but just took our contribution along from the fridge and cupboards!

DH is just cooking tea now, pasta bake and crusty bread.

    Hope everyones ok xx

    Morning Diary,

Cant believe I havent been on here since Wednesday and back to work tomorrow boohoo!! Really dont want to go back but il be fine once I get back in the swing of it all! To make things harder on me DH is off to France early tomorrow morning until Thursday tea time!

So ive pegged out today, but its sooo windy im worried my washing will blow away and keep checking on it haha! Apparently its meant to rain at 12 so might be out bringing it back in shortly haha!

This afternoon DH is off out to meet his friend in the pub so I will cook a roast beef joint and also cook up some soup for this week.

Nothing to report moneywise, Friday was NSD2... not doing very well in the NSD stakes this morning! Weve been for a breakfast this morning so a spend day today too!! Dont think I will need to spend anything between Monday and Wednesday this week... fingers crossed!

Think thats all from me. Hope everyones ok xx

    Hi Mummy

The easter holidays have flown past haven't they in despite of the cra**y weather!

My washings pegged out and its getting a good blow. DS is making noises that his trainers need to be dry for tomorrow so I'd better get them out on the line.

We're having roast beef for dinner tonight as well, its my favourite xxx
  • Rst beef sounds fab girls, we are being frugral and eating Jkt spuds and beans.

I also can't believe have fast the hols have gone, back to school and work Tue for us.
  • Hi mummy, Wow that week went fast!! Mondays are hard enough as it is without having a week off.;)

Good luck on getting more NSDs, have a good week. xx

    Afternoon Diary,

Just popping in for a quick catch up. Had a horrendous nights sleep with DH having to be up early, finally nodded off at 6am and alarm went off at 6.45!!! DD's came in to my room at 7.10 so we were up and sorted in time.
Felt a bit sad when DH left, think its because I know 4 days is a long time, in terms of doing everything lol!!! Its on an evening when kids are in bed that you feel it.
So hes driven to London this morning at 5am and is flying at 2pm. Feel anxious for him as I know he doesnt do flying well. Ive got my eye on the Gatwick airport and will feel happy once I know hes in France haha!!! Hes coming back on the Eurostar so he will be fine with that.

Anyway, so DD's were up and ready for school, comes to putting on shoes time and neithers pair of shoes fit!!! They havent worn their shoes for ages with the snow. So its the warmest day weve had in ages and they are both in their wellies haha!!! I have a pair of lelly kellies that were DD1's that she hardly ever wore so im hoping they fit DD2. I think I will just get DD1 some from Mr T's or A's with only being 1 term left. DD2's will probably sell on ebay as they are in really good condition.

NSD3 today!!! Tomorrow we will need milk and probably shoes for DD so spends there.

Hope everyones ok, thanks for posting :D!! xx
