Sorry DD is being a madam, hopefully its just a stage she is going through.
Could you get someone to ring up pretending to be father christmas and maybe give her a talking to about being well behaved and to watch how she treats her mummy, we did this when DS was around 2 or 3 and got a family member to ring and say that it was santa and he'd heard from the elves that he had been very naughty. It was really funny because he went to nursery and told off his friends everytime they did somethng wrong saying Father christmas will ring you, the elves are watching.0 -
Morning Diary,
Im in on my own all day today so just having a little catch up!
Livvy, we do have the reward charts until recently and at first they worked a treat and then after the novelty wore off she didnt seem bothered! I noticed the book club leaflet in DD1's bookbag this morning so I said if she would like one she needs to eat. So we will see, might be bribery but if it works I dont care!
Pennywise, she isnt bothered at all about the threat of santa. We say hes watching when the red light comes on on the burglar alarm sensor but she hardly seems bothered!!
So nothing too exciting to report! Now weve calmed down a bit at work I desperately want to reach pay out level on Op World, only 150 points to go. Then I think im going to leave it with the surveys for now. I just dont have the time, my inbox is totally clogged up with survey opportunities and now have sorted our position out I might aswell let someone else just starting out have my surveys!!
Im also waiting for my park vouchers to come so I can do some Christmas shopping! Im hoping they will be here this week so we will see. I think we are getting the kids a tablet PC like an ipad so that will be bought with DH's first months payrise!
Dont think ive anything else to report! Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Evening Diary,
Well here we are Sunday evening yet again!
Had a lovely day here, DH left me sleeping in and took the girls to DDs swimming lesson (I never even heard them get up!). Woke up at 9am and panicked that we had slept in, until I realised I was the only one in the house!!
They got back and we all went out for a walk on the new walkway on the old railway that was there years ago. Came back and cooked a lovely roast whilst the kids played out. We also had some golden syrup cake and ice cream for pudding, it was gorgeous!
Nothing to report really from last week. Last night we went to watch the Christmas lights switch on and it was pants!!
This coming week I am working at home tomorrow as I am waiting in for my Park vouchers to be delivered. Off to spend them on Saturday at the Trafford Centre with my friend.
DH is away in London for 4 days this week, so im in charge :rotfl:!! It is a long time and I will we will miss him after a few days... shhh dont tell him that though!! I do hope the kids behave for me.
DD2 has been better behaved this week which has made things easier.
I have now hit payout level on Op World so going to keep it open just for this week until we get paid, that will pay for my Dads Christmas present on ebay so the more I can get towards the better. Will draw a line under them once ive transferred the money into paypal.
Just done my big shop online with Mr T... £156 , think il be going back through and making it cheaper this coming week!! I have ordered £10 worth of advent calendars!!
Right think thats all from me. Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening Diary,
Well I had a lovely trip out today. I bought lunch at Nandos since my friend drove. Bought a few presents but not as many as first glance as a few bits were for me and the girls! Spent £120 so not too bad! Ive wrapped them all up too.
Have £100 left on my giftcard and the rest will be bought after DH's payday which is next Friday.
My payday is Monday :j.
Hi Alice, had a lovely day thanks. The plasterer is coming next week so should be out buying paint next weekend :T.
DD had settled down thank the lord!
Tomorrow we are going to see Disney on Ice. Havent got much money so will take loads of snacks with us and having something to eat when we get home. Its going to be hard as I do like to have something to spend when im out but this happens to fall one day before payday and im sure the girls will be super excited to see the show!

Payday in just a few short hours :j.
Got such a busy week at work with it being the event this week. Better prepare myself to be stressed then its not a shock!!
I think if I need to work on an evening this week I will do it just to keep sane!
Cannot believe its the 1st of December in just a week days.
Right thats all from me. Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy,
Happy Payday!
You have done really well buying and wrapping all your pressies, I only have a few left to buy but I haven't started wrapping yet...I am determined to keep on top of it this year though as I hate sitting there for hours on end wrapping them all...instead I could spend the time sitting with my feet up drinking a glass of wine!!!!
Hope this week isn't too stressful for you.

Morning Diary,
Sorry ive not been around, far too busy this week!
Had payday on Monday, woohoo!! Will pay the CC's on Monday and update my figures.
Had my hair cut on Tuesday and then Wednesday was preparing for Thursday!
The event went absolutely fantastically, had 18 hours in London though which nearly killed me when I had to get up yesterday!
Did a short day and took the kids to their school disco last night.
Then had to go pick their presents up from the TNT depot, what a palava, you can only go between 8-11pm! It was dark I couldnt see where I had to go, very bizarre! Anyway, weve got them and had a little go on them last night. Im really doubting whether the kids should have them but DH is adamant they will be fine!
Today im getting my eyebrows waxed... wonder if DD will announce that to the class next week like she did last time haha!!
Then we are going off to a Christmas market with my friend. Hopefully it will stay dry.
Think thats about all from me.
Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hope you had a great time at the Christmas market and enjoyed a bit of pampering (not to painfull I hope). Kids share the most bizzarre facts with everyone don't they.
Have a great week....hope DD is still being good.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17
