    Morning Diary,

Thanks Smarties, I did feel better as the day went on but then this morning I have woken with a cold and sore throat! Obviously what it was.

So yesterday turned out to be NSD13 as my dad paid for the meal! It was really nice aswell.

Today will definately be a spend day as im taking DD's for their hair cutting.
Supposed to be meeting up with a friend and her boys, just waiting for her to message back.

Nothing else to report really! Hope everyones ok xx

  • Hi Mummy,

Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly. I keep having this where I wake up in the morning and think that I have a cold coming and feel quite congested but it doesn't seem to turn into anything :( I have wondered whether I have developed hay fever?

I suggest taking it easy today and not doing much :p
    Just keep swimming!
  • Morning mummy, hope your cold is soon on its way and doesn't spoil your day.

Well done on the NSDs. Hope you've got some sunshine today.xx

    Morning Diary,

Thanks ladies I feel better today, actually I felt better once id come round yesterday its just first thing!

So yesterday was a smallish spend day. £10 on hair cuts for the girls and £5.48 in the coop on lunch stuff for my friend and her boys who were coming over.
Then after the house was totally trashed anyway I sorted out all the kids toys. Anything that we knew had pieces missing for ages went in the bin. For instance connect 4 has had 3 pieces missing since before Christmas. Weve turned the house up side down, havent found them so its in the bin. They dont even play the game they just tip all the counters out! Got abou 1.5 bin bags for the bin.
I also got rid of all the stuff that are too young for them, DH took them to work for someone who has recently had a baby, shape sorters etc!
Then Ive listed 4 things on ebay, with another 2 to go on once ive washed them or found batteries to check they work!

Today I am going to take the kids to soft play. Its rubbish weather anyway so might aswell considering my dad paid the other night, ive got some spare money!

Think thats all from me! Hope everyones ok xx

  • Hi Mummy,
I have recently had a clear out and it feels so good doesn't it?

I have 9 items on ebay and its turned into an obsession, every two mins I am checking to see whats going on. I think I have one more bag of things left to sell and thats my house empty ha ha.
If ex leaves his bike in the garage much longer its going! :rotfl:

    Glad you're feeling better x

    Morning Diary,

Having a catch up day today so my first catch up starts here :D.
Well its a beautiful day here, was a bit chilly earlier but sunny so as you can imagine ive already got washing out... so predictable!

It was my birthday yesterday and I had a lovely day but wasnt feeling totally myself with the cold and sore throat and ended up in bed for 2 hours in the afternoon! Did go out for lunch though and had a nice day on the whole.

Today DH is doing his CBT to enable him to ride his bike for another 2 years. We took him over as its not the nicest of areas and he didnt want to leave his bike there! Im not surprised, not been to that area before and its the type where theres random horses tied up on playing fields ! DD1 made me laugh as we were driving back through there was a police corden around the post office with a police officer outside. She said we are going home to our normal street arent we mum hahaha :rotfl:!!

Anyway Mr T is bringing my order around 10am and the banks fraud team have just rung to check the transactions on my account. They seem to do that from time to time so I know my order has come in at less than it should so something must be missing or substituted.

Ive got a date with the ironing after that whilst the girls play out.

Then we need to pop and get DH's nan a pressie as its her birthday tomorrow and also have a meeting for DD2 to meet her new childminder.
Then it will to 'nice' area to pick DH up and back home again.

Just checked bank account, its looking lovely as DH got paid today.

Think thats all from me. Hope everyones ok xx

    Hello again!

Well I have just realised I am still not feeling very well. Just belt down in the garden to pick a peg up and my head feels very heavy and not mine at all :(. Just taken some paracetamol and going to try and keep up with drinking a lot of water.

Mr T came around 10.30 and had substituted 2 things which were no good so sent them back. So that means my order came in at £46 so not bad at all.

Ive done my ironing this morning and put it all away, also onto my 2nd load pegged out.

Also realised DH's nan is on holiday so cant go round there just yet! Good job I hadnt actually bought the flowers isnt it! She isnt due back until next Thurs.

Just having a little chill out before we go meet the childminder.

Sorry to hear that you still don't feel 100%. Not good at the best of times but especially when you've got a week off.:(

Hope all went well with the new childminder.xx
