Well done on the 9 nsd, wish I could manage that, not a hope in hell at the minute.

Bright here first thing but big grey clouds have now come over, yesterdays weather was awful and I had washing out, felt like november yesterday, where oh where is the summer.

Morning Diary,

Hope everyones ok. Had a really bad nights sleep last night so fully expecting to be on my desk by lunch time!

Today will be a spend day, just need a few things for over the weekend to keep us going. Need to get some ham as DD's friends coming over on Sunday and they are making their own pizzas. DD has requested ham and pineapple! Will pop over to Mr S at lunchtime.

Ive left DH in charge of the washing today since he is at home, fingers crossed he gets it all dried!

No plans as such for the weekend, other than DD's friend for tea and swimming lesson.

Morning Diary,

Just a little catch up! DD2 didnt come in to our room until 7.20 which is a sleep in here!! So were not long out of bed! Its amazing how much better you feel after sleep isnt it! Im finally not always exhausted... but I feel this may change once I start working full time in September!

So yesterday DH didnt manage to get my washing line dried :mad:. So that was 2 loads TD'd. Ive got another 2 loads today which will be line dried if it kills me! Just waiting for the first load to start and then il peg out.
I went to Mr S and bought the bits I needed plus a few weekend treats so thats £10 spent yesterday.

Today should be NSD10 :j. I was going to make bolognaise but ive not been for the mince so changing my meal plan around. DH and the girls will have kievs and il have pie from the freezer.
Just hanging round here today, no plans just catching up with the washing etc!

Oh yesterday at work started thinking at the C word! Basically we are downsizing office so me and a colleague started clearing out the stationery cupboard. Most stuff will be binned so we took some brown paper which has never even been used and im going to buy a stamp and make my own wrapping paper!! My mum thinks im mad haha!!

Mummy i've done that in the past with the paper, think I cut out stars/ holly leaves, just used cheap sponges bought from pound shop, used silver paint and sprinkled glitter on as well, looked really good against the brown paper.

Kids could also make some, that would be cute for grandparents gifts.

mummy I think the brown paper thing is a fab idea. I seen brown paper wrapping with tartan ribbon which looked very festive.

Shame the washing didn't get dried yesterday, fingers crossed it all gets done today.

Afternoon Diary,

OMG DD2 is driving me up the wall today, shes obviously in one of those moods where everyone needs to know about it. Took them to the park and she just ruined it by kicking off like she always does. She screamed all the way home in car, DH warned her that if she didnt stop she couldnt play out this afternoon and she didnt stop so now we are stuck in with her. Shes not been too bad since but she needs to realise that her bad behaviour is going to stop her from doing the things she wants to do.

Hi Pennywise and Alice, thanks for the suggestions re the wrapping paper. Il be taking your advice as it sounds fab.

So before we went to the park I put a jacket in for lunch. It was quite big so DH and I shared it and the kids used up the rest of the spaghetti from yesterday on toast.

One load dry, fingers crossed for the second load however it is looking very grey at the moment.

Think thats all from me. Hope everyones having a more chilled Saturday than me! xx

Morning Diary,

What a wet dreary day, completely sick of this constant sh!tty weather! Sorry I know I keep going on about it but its making me mad ha!

Nothing much really to report from yesterday. Had a spend day as we needed a few things from the co-op. Had DD's friend over to play so they enjoyed themselves.
Got the bedding half dry before it started raining so it only had to go in the TD for 30 mins.

Today will be a spend day too. Need a few bits from the local farmshop to get us through the week. Payday on Friday :j. Still feels miles away! Tomorrow will hopefully be NSD11.

Going to do a load of washing today and if by this afternoon its still looking grim I will TD it.

Morning Diary,

Just popping in for my daily catchup, but nothing exciting to report as usual!

Yesterday I did have a spend day as predicted, but I think I have everything for the week now, may need milk on Thursday but that should be all!
So today should be NSD11 .
We have a friend coming over with her 2 kids today, so thats the kids sorted for the day! Im hoping it stays nice so we can have a walk to the park.

3 days til payday :j. Ive also got 3 days left at work and then a weeks holiday. Then I start my new role the week after... eeekkk!!!

Need to ring the hairdressers and book DD's in for their hair cutting next week, think il go for Wednesday as that seems a quiet day.

Hi Mummy,
Not long until your new job...it will be great! Im not so sure about working full time though lol, but I do it as I haven't ever known any different and I just about cope ha ha.

Payday soon YIPEEEE! It can't come soon enough for me as I am skint.
