    Afternoon diary,

Just having a catch up whilst eating my lunch. Leek and potato soup with wholemeal pitta bread and a probiotic yoghurt.

Thanks Alice, I have been really good and stuck to it this time! But that said ive got a shopping spree to look forward to once the big loan is paid off which reminds me.... 40 days!!
I think I will fill up at Shell again so il let you know. They do have some kind of points system too so will look into that this week. It is generally about 2p per litre more expensive but that probably only works out at about 50p!!

Itsa, my living room is upstairs (we live in a 3 storey) so have no choice but for people to use the family bathroom!! The other is an ensuite which I wouldnt want people in haha!!

Well nothing too exciting to report. Today is a spend today as im at a baby shower this evening so bought a bottle bag. Im giving her a bottle of wine for after the baby is born so its something more for her.

I am dead tired today, cant get back into get up. Mind you I dont think I ever could manage to get up in a morning :rotfl:. It just feels so much harder since Christmas.

Managed to hang the washing out this morning, so will be dry when I get home. Ive got the grey/blue wash ready and will put that on as soon as DD's got her uniform off.

Freezer surprise for tea. Im having ratatouille and one of those rice fusion bags, but strangely looking forward to it. Im also going to save a few cals as had a text from the girl throwing the baby shower saying shes putting some food on so will have a little nibble there.

Right best get on. Catch up soon xx

  • Morning diary,

Im not feeling too cracking today so doing a few hours from home. Woke up at silly o clock feeling nasty :(.

Nothing to report really. Just checked the bank account and a cheque I wrote on Saturday has gone out already, they didnt waste much time did they haha :rotfl:.

Its absolutely freezing here today, me and poor DD got soaked to the skin and the hail stones were so sharp. I had to pick DD up and cover her face as it was really painful.

Right best get on. Catch up soon xx

Thanks Mummy, just struggled eating some cheese on toast due to my blocked nose and now 2 mins after my nose is starting to clear... whats that all about?!

Well ive just worked out all I can have for my tea is a phili pitta, a clementine and a banana! Ive eaten too much rubbish today including 6 bourbon creams and cheese on toast. Dont feel like doing any exercise and have only exercised on Monday so I will surprised to lose at weigh in tomorrow xx

    Morning diary!

Just popping before taking DD to school. Il go into work today but not feeling 100%, better that I managed a decent nights sleep though so il go in to tie up any bits since im off next week.

Had my weigh in this morning.... another 2lbs off, taking my total to 5lbs in 3 weeks woohoo :j!!
Im hoping that I can lose 2lbs next week despite being away as we will be walking around a lot etc. Il be on my best behaviour this weekend food wise as I usually have a little treat. We have 2 meals out planned.
Last night I ended up with porridge and a banana for tea as thats all I fancied.

Right think thats all! Havent checked the accounts as havent had time but dont expect much has changed there.

    Catch up later xx

  • Glad your feeling a bit better and well done on the weight loss.
  • Hi Mummy, glad you are feeling a little better - well done on the 2lb :T I have had my man flu now for over a week and succumbed and went to the quacks on Tuesday - he gave me tablets but I couldn't take them because I had to have them with food but he told me to buy over the counter sudafed for £2.99 - that has made me feel so much better so I would really recommend them ;)

I often find when we are away I can eat a little more because we do so much walking around - kind of balances it out ;) I am loving porridge at the moment, nothing fancy just made with skimmed milk with some sweetner on top - sets me up for the day (well kind of, but it makes me feel warm inside :o)
    Just keep swimming!
  • Hi Itsa and Pennywise thanks for your kind words! Im pleased with this weeks loss.

Well Itsa, talking about walking I ended up walking to work 4.85 miles :). Id missed the bus anyway and kind of felt like I needed some fresh air and thought id catch a bus that went passed at some point. Anyway I quite enjoyed it and walked and walked and then I was too near to catch the bus anyway!! So thats my exercise for today since I wouldnt have wii fit or xtrained with a blocked nose anyway and £2.60 saved!I also found 20p so that will go into my sealed pot!! Really enjoyed it, but I suppose the weather was kind and stayed dry right til I reached worked.

Bank account checked, nothing changed there!! x

  • Hi Mummy,
Well done on your loss and your walk, I always think the thought of walking anywhere is worse than doing it so if you set of thinking you are going to get a bus then it makes it a whole lot easier and an added bonus saving the money plus the 20p find.

Hi Livvy, thanks for popping in! I am shattered now, think its a combo of not being well and my mammoth walk this morning. Could just nod right off at my desk. 1 hour and 20 mins to go, then I wont be back in until Tuesday 31st!!

My legs are feeling it a bit now aswell, roll on tea, bath time and chill time this evening :D xx
