  • Evening diary,

Well I have been a very busy bee tonight!!

Left work at 4.10pm as the childminder BBM'd to say DD was a bit off colour. I picked her up early and she woofed her tea down so I think she was playing up to the childminders soft nature... little swine!

Anyway, we got home, the childminder had plated her tea up so I put mine and DH's in the oven.. freezer surprise!

I managed to back up my sage work, complete it and send for marking. The tutor has emailed back and given me the go ahead to go onto the next section :T.

In the meantime I had set about the decluttering of the dining room. I threw away 2 bin bags of hard playdoh, broken crayons and other bits of tat! Then que 2 hours of deep cleaning the whole downstairs (kitchen, dining room, toilet and hallway!) I did the skirtings, doors the lot and now my back is aching a bit!

Then sorted out the whites wash and went for a shower.

Came back to email from tutor so started on intermediate course. Have 20 days to finish this and the advanced course might I add !

So heres hows the to do list is now looking:

[STRIKE]Today - need to work out how to restore my sage course and see if theres any point in carrying on as im running out of time.[/STRIKE] done 21/11/11

[STRIKE]By Friday - Dining room including deep clean.[/STRIKE] done 21/11/11

By Friday - complete intermediate Sage course.

Saturday - Living room including deep clean.

Sunday - Kids bedroom including deep clean.

By a week on Saturday (3rd December) complete advanced sage course.

So thats me busy for the next 2 weeks. Bring it on is what I say then I can enjoy Christmas knowing ive completed my sage course and thoroughly cleaned my house :rotfl:!!!

Just checked on my ebay items and ive now 11 watchers :T! Doesnt mean owt though does it really!!! Catch up soon xx

  • I feel tired just reading about all the jobs you have done. There is currently blobs of black Labrador tumble weed floating around the skirting boards - mental note, must vacuum today! :D

On a serious note, I don't ever find time to do a proper deep clean, the daily routine just doesnt allow for it. I have to vacuum every day with the dogs, and apart from general tidying, washing, ironing, cooking walking dogs there is no time left. I have said to my OH before, I think if I worked full time there would be less to do as nobody would be in the house to mess it up, child would be in after school until bedtime :o But then I wouldn't be able to have my pooches and they are worth every moment of dirtiness :D
    Just keep swimming!
  • Hi Itsa,

I know the tumbleweed's you are talking about... we have chocolate coloured ones in our hallway :D!
I also know what you mean re the daily routine not allowing for extras. This is why im tackling it a bit at a time now.

Well ive just had a quick round up of surveys and hardly nothing! Only change to report:

Opinion world - currently stands at 575 points!!

Well more sage tonight! the work book im working on has 270 pages and im currently on page 44! So set my target at 50 for this evening but try and do more!!

Will update later on! Catch up soon xx

That's 118 pages you did between posts yesterday mummy! Very impressive!! :D That means you have less pages to do to the end now than the amount of pages you did yesterday ;)

  • Morning diary,

Just popping in for a quick catch up before taking the girls to school!!

Thanks Gap, im hoping to get it completed this evening!!

Well im working from home today and weve been up early so ive managed a few bits of housework already.

Stripped all the bed and mine is now in the TD, DD's in the washer as we speak. I will make mine back up once I get back from school :T.

Ive been annoyed with the amount of teddies on the girls beds. If ever weve had to strip quickly due to them being sick weve had to remove about what feels like 1000 teddies! So as I was stripping the beds ive sorted a load out of the bin!! Ive also sorted another pile to go into the loft as they were pressies from DH when we first got together etc! Then theres their special ones on their beds.
So ive made a start on the declutter in their bedroom too :D!!

Payday tomorrow :j. Ive agreed with DH that I will go shopping this evening as weve nothing in and 'borrow' the money from the joint account and pay it straight back tomorrow.

Right best get off! Catch up soon xx
