Mummy - do have a lovely day Christmas shopping. I hate trawling round the shops for presents, I have been so lazy this year and have to admit to buying lots and lots of things off internet, amazon etc. Although when I am rich and have lots of money, I will probably enjoy it more!Just keep swimming!0

Evening diary,
Had a lovely day shopping, didnt buy too much as I need to go to Argos for the majority of the things. Only Argos have other ideas and keep being out of stock!
Itsa, I know exactly what you mean re you will enjoy it more when youve got money. I know this probably sounds a bit random but im actually having to teach myself to enjoy clothes shopping again since I fell out with it after having no money!!
I bought mil a lovely clock from Debenhams and it was only £16 with their 20% off sale, just really hope its big enough for her room as ive a feeling its too small. Oh well she will have to take it back if shes not happy with it wont she!
Bought DD2 a few bits but nothing for DD1!!! Thing is now ive started I just want to complete it and get it all wrapped.
DD1 is just in my bed watching TV burp so once shes in bed asleep il take these bits up and hide in the wardrobe!!
You will be pleased to know I only stuck to my vouchers too :money:! Spent £20 in Nandos for lunch which was nice.
Right think thats about all ive got to report. Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Evening diary,
Wow I am absolutely shattered today, think thats what comes from burning the candle at both ends.
Well what to report!! We went to a Christening today and only spent £10 so not too bad. Needed to top the car up again with petrol so that was another £20 but paid from joint account as we are running out of money. Good job payday is on Friday.
Well im on a major decluttering mission before Christmas. I just looked round this morning at all the toys everywhere and thought this needs to be sorted it ridiculous. Its almost like my light bulb moment for the house. The house is always clean dont get me wrong but you can tidy up and 5 mins later the place looks like a bombsite again.
Ive got 4 rooms to declutter of toys:
1. Bathroom - done!
2. Dining room - all crafty, colouring things.
3. Living room - toys, toys and more toys.
4. Kids bedroom - oh did I mention toys!
So ive done the kids bathroom already. Ive got 3 ELC toys on ebay that ive just listed. Thrown a load of scratty rubber ducks and sorted all the bobbles and hair clips aswell! So that room looks in order again now. They didnt even play with half the toys in there. They are more interested in an empty shampoo bottle!
The dining room should be pretty easy too, then hopefully I can do the living room sat infront of the TV one night and then its the build up to their bedroom! Id like to get this all done before December really as then if anything can go on ebay it might sell for Christmas.
Phew! tired thinking about it all!!
Right il catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy
Glad you had a lovely day yesterday. My 2 like Tv Burp as well.
I need to have a declutter of DS room before xmas as well - I am not looking forward to it, it needs fumigating and I dread to think whats lurking behind the bed as its the one room that I've been putting off doing as I know I'm going to get really cross.
Hair bobbles and clips get everywhere in our house I find them in my car, lounge, handbag kitchen, shoe cupboard :mad:0 -
Morning diary,
Thanks for popping by Choo. Oh dear I dont envy you with DS bedroom. The thing im dreading is all the sh!tty toys theyve got haha! All the bits of play food and jigsaw that are all shoved together in one box .
Anyway, I have a plan of action.
Today - need to work out how to restore my sage course and see if theres any point in carrying on as im running out of time.
By Friday - Dining room including deep clean.
Saturday - Living room including deep clean.
Sunday - Kids bedroom including deep clean.
Ive already got 5 watchers on my ebay items so we will see what happens there next Sunday. The kids went into the bathroom this morning and were like eh wheres all our toys gone! I said im selling them you never play with them and they are cluttering up my bathroom... not another word said... result!!
If they start about the bedroom il pull out the santa card :rotfl:.
Anyway thats about all from me! Im dying to get started so hopefully will be able to beat my target of Sunday.
Will update surveys later, catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
