You must be very proud. With your attitude I very much doubt that dyslexia has anything to do with you being unemployable. Also a bit confused why you would post about this in the first place?

However once you mention it your spelling takes a turn for the worse.

I can say that I have little sympathy. If that was me I would have pursed the orginal enquiry and made sure it was resolved. I know this doesn't help now but surely you knew you would have to pay and if you say you used 600 quid a year previously a bill of 1800 plus the 3 years of prices increases would have been expected. Some responsibility must be taken by the customer and not all blamed on the supplier.
