Hi, all. Have been busy, again. Too much to do + not enough hours in the day I'm afraid.

I have been clicking on peoples username + checking out their homepage - if its a blog I will start following it.

If anyone wants me to sign up to their website / follow their blog + I haven't yet, please let me know.

Oh, have started to click on Stumbleupon for any websites you have with the link on. Might take me a while to get through everyone, tho . . .

When you do bootsales, do you price things up beforehand? Do you over-price them and then allow people to negotiate down? Or do you price them at a price which will encourage them to clear? Or do you leave it to people to offer a price? I haven't done one since i was about 9 and things were rather different then! Sorry, silly questions really as i guess it all depends. Just hoped to learn from your experiences

Em, I would like to know this too - its on my list for this month to do a bootsale and get rid of some of the bundles of (unebayable) clutter infesting the corners of my bedroom.

With car boots I have my own system. So if I want something to go for a minimum of £10 I will price it at £15 or £20 so there is room for haggle. And if some one doesnt haggle then all the better for me! As a reminder I put the inflated price on sticker with a small number in the bottom right corner so I know how much I am willing to drop the price by. Most of the stuff I car boot I want rid of so dont really care so dont tend to price those bits. HTH

god i cant sleep woman who is coming to view tomorrow was really interested in house on first viewing then became hesitant it has taken her 1 month to book second worried she is only coming so she can delete mine from her list and then buy something else ,my sleep has been all to pot since puting house on market and hubby is sleeping when it should be me .
