Oh, we moved home again.. now if only I could do that in 'real' life
:rotfl:
I'm quite gutted, I've spent the day working my @ss off and can't cross anything off my commitments because it's all been rubbish stuff I just kinda HAVE to do rather than really useful things. I've half gutted my room though which was slightly over-due, although my 'to-eBay' pile seems to have grown considerably. DS's room tomorrow = even more to eBay
Finally got a phone call about a free funded place for DS, pre-school is paid up for March now though so He'll be starting the new, free, place in April hopefully, after half term I believe, did I mention it's free? Therefore not costing £130 a month even after funding and tax credits help (not counting the amount we spend on transport). It will limit where we can live though but it's free and most of my friends kids go there/will be going there so we can alternate doing the playschool run, so long as we're living close enough, obviously. (I'm not stingy, honest, just skint!)
Turns out the flat I was pretty much railroaded into signing for was given to somebody else about 2 hours after I gave the keys back on the day my tenancy should have started (to somebody my Dad knows; big bloke, not single parent with 3year old who can't go in the building without having a coughing fit) so if I do get it in writing that I have to pay them 4 weeks rent/council tax I will be extremely annoyed. I'm going to CAB/the housing advice place in town, tomorrow to figure out the best way to go about sorting out my erm, predicament.
Got a letter off CapitalOne today, increasing my limit by £1000  That's trebling my old limit! If they had done that a few months ago I dread to think how much I'd owe right now. I'd have heaps of lovely shoes though
Trying to tell myself I can get started on my fun/creative business-y plans once my mahoosive clearout is done but I still can't bare to eBay
Hope your all well & not asleep after that little essay0 -

Thanks Em and Elly and Jo! Just not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for life in general.....my little family is fab and love it and I know what I want to do but seem to have so much other rubbish being thrown at me that I'm not getting chance to enjoy my family or do what I want to do. Ignore me, I'm not sleeping well and feeling sorry for myself. I know it will all be fine, just fed up! Next week is my 35th birthday as well so that prob isn't helping lol! Back off to carry on lurking! Thank you for caringLife is a work in progress0

Em, while you are here and if its not too off topic. how much space do you need for ducks and how easy/ hard is it. Love your pics of them. really want animals and I am allergic to ones we could have inside. Chickens are obvious and have been on my mind for a while and bees are some way into the future. But I might just have fallen in love with your ducks!!

Nixi - the stuff with your dad. have you been in touch with age concern at all. they were fab with DHs gran and knew the ins and outs of everything and could arrange volunteer shopping service etc.
Not all branches have all the services but they do seem to be very helpful.
