I suppose technically it is. It's been supplied but not paid for. the owner until payment is made is CPW, sho could block it. The OP may have the money there but if they've not got the DD set up right then it may be they'll not know who to take it from.
I suspect CPW will take ages to "join the dots" if at all. The OP should put it in it's box, put it in a cupboard and forget about it.
Problem is it's not unsolicited goods, so they won't automatically belong to the OP after 6 months if not collected. They were ordered and delivered correctly so the OP has a duty of care to hold them until they are asked for. To legally sell them you need to give two written notices to the seller before they are sold. If you don’t they can claim or sue you for up to six years afterwards.0
