Well the way i see it if they havent done there job in one months time then they may struggle to receive there payment for doing nothing(he he). I dont no what this company has been doing if claims for credit cards only take this long?? umbelievable! Back in my younger days where i was a little silly with credit cards i must have amounted a hell of alot of charges i had four credit cards and 2 store cards so id dread to think what they amounted to. Ofcourse i have learnt my lesson with reference to card abuse cut them up years ago.

I didnt no what legal obligations there were it says on there terms that if the claim is successful that the fee would be payable well it has been kind of successful but they didnt achieve the final go i did by going to the obudsman, like i mentioned they were still waiting for a reply from the bank about my financial hardship statement they hadnt heard of anything since! but now they what 10% im in the wrong business perhaps i should sell something, do nothing and get paid alot of money for doing it!!!

And yes to your list that probably is all they have done!!!
Infact on another occasion i had to physically walk into my bank and hand them some paperwork, surley financial claims should have passed this information to them cut out the middle man 'me' and do what i had assigned them for.

 don't worry I'm just narky when it comes to Claims management companies, am fed up of watching them screw people over.

Perhaps we're all in the wrong business on these forums, doing lots, getting paid nothing for it etc, we could be millionaires by now, but then we have morals and a concience :)

Thank you esmerellda for your advice and to be honest with you i would have been happier to pay for sound advice like you have given, then pay those monkeys who cant even keep me informed with whats going on with my claims. My only wish would have been to tell them that i was only offered 1,000 pounds and was accepting that because i guarantee from my dealings with them and there reaction on the phone that i was offered 9,000 pounds tells me they didnt have had a clue of how much my charges came to.
