Have you responded to any emails recently or signed up to any dodgy looking websites?
I can only assume that by "secured website", they mean Verified by Visa. I'm assuming (if you are signed up for this), that you've used a password that is the same/similar to one you use for something else.0 -

No I did not - and as I written before I did not have a need to sign up for secure visa thing... Another thing this weren't done via my account that I have with pizza hut and as far as I know PH don't store card details on file.0 -
Verified by visa seems a waste of time to me.
You type in all details that anyone that wants to defraud you could easily get.
I signed up for something online last week – got the ‘verified by visa’ couldn’t remember my password – so used ‘forgot my password’. Needed next to nowt to get signed in – may have needed date of birth, but can’t remember. There’s nothing there that makes it more secure, imho.

The funniest thing is Travelodge is "Visa Secure" as well somehow this one got refunded.0 -
Verified by Visa was used to make the other transactions online. Verified by Visa was created to protect the banks mainly, rather then us, as it allows the banks to turn around and say ''well you must have told them your security details''.0
