    Morning:)

Yesterday proved to be an expensive day all round.

In Tesco I spent £17.67, which brings my total spent to £166.59. I have £113.41 left to last until end of month so 12 days to go. I am really happy with how low my grocery spends are this month, however I will be doing a huge shop on Friday which will cover the rest of the month food. I may take a trip to Iceland for kids bits for over the half term.

I had my eye test and chose my new glasses. Cost £40. I am really happy with them this time, I really dislike my current glasses and I am hoping I will wear them more now!

Parking £1.40, Presents £19.95, Cards & Wrap £1.98, Snacks for the cinema tomorrow £2.67 Cub uniform £22.99.

I am staying far away from the shops today!!

    Morning!

Beanie - Yes I know, criminal isn't it!

Didnt manage my NSD yesterday as needed petrol in the end. So £49.40 spent! This will last me well into November, especially as it is half term next week. Will be spending again today as need a few bits in town and also I am off out to the cinema tonight so will have to pay the sitter.

Meeting at the school this morning so will be glad to get that out the way. I will also collect my new glasses if I have time. Bunk beds are being delivered this afternoon so boys are very excited! Not sure when I will be putting them together though.

Off to make another cuppa as I have woken up far too early!!

    Morning all!

Yes Beanie I picked up my new glasses and I really do like them! Just in time for the cinema last night:)

Also nipped into Iceland while I was in town and spent £35.50 on food. Total now spent £202.09 leaving £77.91 to cover the rest of the month. I will be spending this when I go to tesco on friday! Bought a load of freezer food and snacky stuff for kids.

Parking was £1.40 and I bought the kids advent calendars and also some stocking filler sweets, spent £8. Sitter cost me £10 for the cinema last night.

Staying in today and hopefully spending nothing.

Bunk beds arrived and I put them together so the boys could sleep in them last night.

    Have a good day everyone!

Up way to early this morning!

Off to tesco today to do the last proper food shop of the month. Hoping that I don't spend too much but should be able to keep it within budget.

Out for lunch with the mums from school later, been looking forward to this all week! Parking to pay for too. Really getting down to the last of my pennies available for the month now. Roll on November!

    NSD achieved yesterday!

Thanks Beanie:) Had a lovely lunch, really nice food! Great to just sit with the other mums and natter.

Total spend at Tesco yesterday was: £61.54

    Food: 52.85
    Cat Food: 5.29
    Toiletries: 3.40

Grand total spent this month £263.63. This leaves me with £16.37. I have enough of everything except possibly milk to last me until November now. I just couldn't fit any more milk in the freezer.

Having a NSD today, will be going up my mums later and see my sister as it is her birthday tomorrow but I wont be spending any money.

I have no plans now until Thursday when I am taking the kids to the park with a friend. So roll on more NSD's!!!

Have a lovely day everyone! x

As ever, I am in awe of your budgeting abilities - mine still, even after all these years, seem to go a little haywire, no matter HOW I calculate them :o

Have a good day - are the bunkbeds up yet, and if so, how did they go down with the boys?
