They're in breach of the British code of sales promotion practice. Complain to the Advertising Standards Authority.0

Thank you so much for your help pmduk! I have been hoping that someone could offer advice, instead of being told that they have received theirs. I didn't understand such responses. But it is good to know that someone has read my concern, and has taken the trouble to offer advice.
I have today received this reply.
'Thank you for your query about M&S Vouchers.
I'm sorry for the poor service you've recieved and apologise for any inconvenience you've suffered as a result of this.
Having checked your Sky account, I can confirm that your vouchers have already been sent out to you on 01/03/2010. Please allow roughly 28 days for delivery.
I hope this information has helped with your enquiry. If you require any further assistance, please feel free to get back to me'.
You can also contact our Customer Service team on 08442 41 41 41, where one of our advisors will be happy to help'.
Kind regards

I had exactly the same problem as you, loads of hassle, lies and broken promises.
I sent an E Mail directly to Jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com, nothing nasty, just outlined the problems I had been having trying to get my vouchers( at that time is was Tesco vouchers).
I received a reply, an apology, my vouchers the next day, and reduced monthly payments for 6 months.

Maybe its something to do with you saying that this is a scam perpertrated by Sky when clearly it isn't, just some inconsistent and sometimes poor customer service, thats all.
Actually no, I said it was a scam on here! And no postal or delivery services takes 28 days! I was told in Dec, Jan, February and Now March, that they have been sent. So by now if they were telling the truth I would have received several lots of vouchers , but I have received absolutely nothing.

Thank you so much renegade, I will try that if I don't get anywhere, and on their performance so far, I really do not expect to receive them. Had they really sent them, as per their constant promises I would have got them thrice over by now.0 -

Im in the same position as you, Ive been waiting 3 months for my vouchers, I think they expect people to just give up, or forget about them, well not very likely! If this goes on, after complaining to management, it will be trading standsrds.0 -

I emailed them three times last week and they just keep reapeating the same standard waffle. They have not responded to a single question that I have asked. They just keep repeating over and over the same thing about they have been sent on such and such a date, then another date etc etc, and that they will take 28 days!
I asked where my vouchers from Dec, Jan, and Feb were then - that they had promised? They just ignore my questions and keep repeating they will take 28 Days!0 -
I recieved my vouchers after approx 1 month. My friend in Salford however had to phone them an give them a nudge. She then recieved her without any problems. They did say to her the vouchers were out of stock, and new vouchers were due in within the week.
I suppose it depends who you get hold of as to what you get told?!0
