I am still with Tiscaliand they are useless - also lost my connection for 3 hours this afternoon( a fault in the area ) BUT they kept me on the phone for over an hour (at a cost of 5p per minute) telling me it was a problem with my router (red light was on ) ! I ask if there was a problem anywhere and they said no! Found out later loads of people had been offline !
Also i am only getting just over 1mb bb as they haven't updated my nearest exchange !
    They are a joke !
I got a call tonight asking if everything was sorted and when i told them of all the problems -he was rude, and patronising and unhelpful -just said oh if its ok then goodbye !

I have had recent problems with TalkTalk and at my wits end I sent their chief executive an email. I got a reply from him in less than 15 minutes and someone on the phone to me in half hour. Since then, problem looks to be sorted and I have had the chief exec's right hand man on the phone almost daily making sure I am happy. Maybe worth a try?

So they're charging you £50 because they screwed up? And you're happy?
