Just "dropped by" to say hello to all my friends.

Everyone seems to be quiet today - am having a very quiet day myself, not doing anything remotely exciting - nothing new there!

Have just looked up Scottish football on the BBC website and found that the Rangers match starts at 2:30 today. Wonder if Niddy is sober/hungover/still wasted from yesterday?

Let's hope Rangers win - for Niddy's sake!

Hello,

I woke up bright and early to do some work. Saw the rain. EEEK! Jumped back into bed and watched the telly.

One of those buying houses overseas shows was on. The couple wanted a house in the Cayman Islands. It was beautiful but then i started thinking of overseas holidays - well that i hadn't been on any for donkey's years. I felt miserable and went back to bed!

I have just woken up again, i am having bacon sandwiches and i am going to work. This is going to be the hardest week of my life in ages and i have to force myself not to give up.

#After next friday i am going to ebay like crazy and join the land of the living again.

Is anyone doing anything inspiring? Or anything?

I have just seen your post. Hello, i didn't think anyone was here.

I will take a break at 2.30 and think of Rangers. I cannot imagine a superhero getting drunk. Nevermind he is still our hero!!! It is quite funny we are football supporters now.

We have all become overnight football fans and "experts"!

Let's hope the week ahead is not going to be as bad as it might be! Please try to stay positive (easy enough to say, I know) and remember, if you feel down, just come on here and we will all do our best to try to cheer you up!

And you are right about the weather! It is cold, damp, grey and miserable here as well.

Bless you. I cannot tell you what a difference it makes being in contact with you and Jinny and NID, George.

We can just press some buttons and life becomes easier - someone solves our problems, shares our worries, makes us laugh and even teaches us about football!!!

I love my wonderful friends and they often get upset as i keep things inside and they want to be there for me. But i dont want to burden them and it seems easier by computer. Why is that?

I could never even think of telling me friends and family all the things I share with people on this board. Certainly, not about the mess I have landed myself into. Not sure whether it is pride, keeping up appearances, not wanting to worry them, being judged by them, etc. Probably a little of each!

In any case, it is such a relief to be able to share it with everyone in this community. A real blessing!

And I have made some new friends, and learnt about football ...

I am calming down a bit. I think i just needed to offload, sorry.

I have gathered my notes together and i am going to write a lesson but i am going to have a cup of tea and start at 3-4pm. It isn't even that difficult. Why am i panicking.

Tea is a great way for me to calm down. I will have an honory cup of tea on behalf of Rangers at 2.30. They are going to win.

Hello all,

Have just checked the latest football score on the BBC website and Rangers were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Let's hope they continue to stay ahead. Niddy should be celebrating tonight!
