Thanks again, folks,
I wasn't panicking - just trying to cover any eventualities! And I totally agree that I am in safe hands with NID - quite surprised that you have dealt with bigger balances. I thought mine was the largest ever! Not proud of this, or boasting, honestly!
Anyway, if I get a sniff that "they" might be coming after the car I will make sure that it is well out of the way!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

If i caught anyone bullying in my class i would chop their bits off and i am the nicest person i know. I have decided that this is far more educational than preparing a lesson on International Trade so i am going to stop working as i haven't got very far.

By the way, being you're all keen to learn, if you want to see a court case - half in progress and the defence with an enforceable agreement, take a mooch here (page 5 is fine)...

Not that this will happen to you guys, but it will show you how we can beat the lender even when they attempt to take us to court! Obviously my mate 10past6 is the ccj expert, thus worse case scenario we'll sort it for you!

Wouldnt have had the courage to this without Mousann starting this thread thanks to her and all on here for your continuing support. Reading the posts helps my resolve.:T”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)

Just catching up with your thread, Mouseann. Cast your mind back to 7 weeks ago, and how scared you were then. Now look at you - progress, indeed! One life - your life - live it!0

Hi guys.
Never a dull moment in here is there?
Mouseann, you don't need to worry about the DCA's or anyone they send out (if they ever do).
These people will not be bailiffs and have the same legal powers to enter your property or take your posessions as the paperboy. In short, you ask them to leave your property - if they refuse, then they are trespassing. End of.
Didn't take the comment earlier as criticism - just trying to explain why i may not be posting every day. You won't get rid of me that easily
Jinny, what did you do to that poor woman?
She'll have called over her supervisor to explain what's happened and he's not going to have a clue, he'll call his boss and she'll get in a strop when she comes in tomorrow because she'll need to contact the solicitors to see if there is anything they are required to do - and then the solicitor will roll his eyes as he explains yet again to them how to do their job :rotfl:
So, lets see if we've got this right
There's going to be someone dressed as superman, but instead of the "S" on his chest it'll be "127(3)"
A dodgy looking granny
The phantom (you don't want to see me in a pink cat suit!!)
Supergirl (you go Jinny)
And possibly someone dressed as a little teapot...
