Please stop getting stressed Niddy. Take your own advice and go and get your bank account changed. You'll regret it if you leave it and then they do take money out for RoSo. We need you here, not banged up for armed robbery!!!

    Hi Ann

You just love the postie really, funny thing is I got a DCA letter yesterday for one of the old linked fraudulent accounts that i've been fighting for the last 3 years - so seems my own troubles are coming back to haunt me..... i'll go to court, you may get a laugh out of this cos i've had it now and will actually prosecute the banks if necessary!! This is my own bank, HSBC by the way - funny, they have set a DCA onto me for £10k of debt that aint mine, but they know I bank with them and have not used RoSo on me - maybe I should move banks just in case? :o:o

Its weird, when it's yourself you always leave it - but maybe this time I have to act cos if they tried to empty my accounts i'd probably go and hold up the local branch til they gave it me back!!

So those that know me, i'm a right stressed eric (so to speak)... :rotfl: I like that name actually!!

    Oh dear Niddy,

It is absolutely amazing that the banks can carry on this facade for so long! An a right pain if you have to move your accounts - hopefully you will be able to take them to the cleaners but I am sure this is quite a lengthy process and you can well do without that hassle!

Perhaps we should all go into our "supportive and counselling mode" for you - but I suspect that it would soon get on your nerves!

What PM? I didn't think the last one you sent yesterday needed a reply?

I'm not really skiving, I'm trying to do a job application and just keep popping on here to give my brain a break.

Postie arrived about 15 minutes ago. it is getting later than ever!

Nothing to hassle Niddy with (at least for today!) just a couple of reminders from CCs.

Plus, I have received an answer re my letter of complaint to the insurance company (M&S) re my complaint that the excess was trebled and I didn't think I had been given adequate notice! The letter was very long but they agreed, as a "goodwill gesture", to refund £200 of the excess I paid on my recent repair, which takes it back to the original excess of £100. HOWEVER, this is not a result for me! They go on to say that the amount of £200 has been refunded to my M&S Mastercard, which I used to pay my premium last year. I am sure you can all visualise the state of my M&S Mastercard - which means that I am going to see absolutely nothing of that £200! It did make me wonder whether M&S insurance knew this!

Oh well, I suppose I can call it a "hollow victory"!
