Right now i'm on a mission to p!ss them off (shouldn't be hard when they log-in here tomorrow) so anything to help, let me know - don't hold back!
Shall I name one of the employees that is on this forum (not this thread though!) guising as a friend?
LOL..........so glad we have you here :rotfl::T:T
Even though we have had a few issues going on with them, I have been writing to them since a refund of PPI on one of the loan accounts, its with collections, and they refunded the interest direct to our bank account and the remainder to the loan, but we have not yet received a statement as requested several times - for an update on the loan balance, I need to make sure they reduced the balance.
However, after keeping on at them, they did refund 2 settled accounts on another 2 ppi loan reclaim back to us that we paid ourselves towards some arrears on the mortgage, these are again LLoyds TSB (C&G).:mad:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
It all started back in Dec 2007, my hubby was a steel worker and the company unexpectedly went into Administration just days before Xmas, over 400 of them out on the scrap heap, no pay/redundancy and so on.
Up to then we were never in arrears with anything, we banked with that bank for over 19 years, and were always good customers.
Even though they paid out so much on the loan ppi, it then stopped when we sought help with the CCCS ( to pay £1 token payments), so due to this we were lucky to reclaim the remainder, but they have not sent us any updates.
This was refunded about March 2010.
Now hubby is back in work, thank goodness, and I care for my son who has special needs, LLoyds were not at all sympathetic and harassed at least 5 times a day everyday.
The calls stopped when a letter were sent to them but not on the mortgage side of it as such.
The insurance we had with the mortgage only unfortunately covered so much, cos when we remortgaged in August 2007, it would take a few months for the new amount of the insurance to take affect.
We had one hell of a year, even the benefits office messed up and lost the interest forms 3 times!!
I am happy to say though that I no longer bank with LLoyds and they will never have my custom again.
Okay we owe debts, but we are now trying to get around it now that hubby is back in work.;)
Me and my life story lmao :rotfl::rotfl: sorry........:o:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
