Morning Mouseann - I have checked the above poster floria and their 5 posts consist of 2 spams which I have reported and 3 rubbish posts so I would not take any notice of their post

Cool wind in the Fens today with light cloud - hope the sun comes out later

I found this forum and then this topic - which was the first one I looked at.

I have read every page - boy it's taken me ages but in a funny way I feel that I know you all now! lol

Like others have said, the change in Ann is just amazing - it's just wonderful to see that with a bit (well a lot) of support, the whole outlook on life (and debt) changes.

Nid - you are definately a hero - the amount of time that you seem to spend on dealing with people's problems is enourmous and I hope that you carry on.

On an aside (and this is in no way judging anyone) but I find it amazing to think that someone can rack up '000s in cc debts etc but then not have to pay it out because of this loophole - I think that if it can be exploited then go for it but it does surprise me that the loophole hasn't been closed by the banks (if it can be)

Regarding the loophole, I am really not able to answer that one - but I am sure someone will be along sooner or later who will be able to give you some furthe information.
