The numbers were over the course of a week, not just for one day.
Saying that if you think it's worth having a go then I'm up for having a go!
Ok lets have some fun, you'll like it and nothing will happen other than you formally complaining to the governing bodies thus resulting in some fines for the lenders and possible compo for you of course
If you're up for it send the letter again, give them exactly 7 days and then we wait and record the times and dates of all calls (on your machine) from each of them over the space of a week - then we take it to the next level once we have the evidence and times etc..... happy?
So for 7 days after they sign for your letter, ignore things. Then you start to record details etc.....2010 - year of the troll

Sounds good to me!
I've already got a list of dates, times and numbers they've called on already since last Sunday, should I put a copy in with the letter or should I leave it out?0 -

Yea mate put a part in explaining what they have been like - we'll argue that 1 call a day on any of the chosen number should be allowed, at a later date - but 3 calls a day 7 days a week is a little harassing IMO...
Just a one liner mentioning that in the last 7 days they have called XX times (plus add 10 to that number lol)..... don't ask2010 - year of the troll

Quick question NID, I've got 2 accounts with Barclaycard, should I send 2 separate letters or put both account numbers on the same letter?0 -

Morning all. It is a bright and beautiful day down south. I hope everyone is having a lie in!
Ann i didn't realise the rotters had rung you 30 times. You must do nice things. Cook yourself a lovely cake or something as a treat.
JC has not replied yet. I am sure she is at her parents.
I am going to work in a bit and will finish off marking there. Have a good day all.

Hiya, thanks for popping in - I actually mentioned you earlier, the ladies were worried about bailiffs - not all of them are bad are they Roberto(or is that just ex ones like you, that are the nice ones?)
Hows it going? Long time no see......

Have you had many phone calls this week, Ann?
Over the past 7 days I've had 30 calls off Barclaycard and 21 calls off Capital One!
Do you think they are ringing to tell me my CCA's are unenforceable?
Hi Locke,
This does sound unacceptable.
Regarding phone calls - and Niddy is going to tell me off for not changing my number but I have not got round to it yet! - I am also keeping a record of who and when they call. (I have a list of the numbers the use - only one uses withheld) I am also alternating with BT "choose to refuse" service - but it only allows a maximum of 10 numbers and the blighters have an array of numbers.
I have barred Capital One and it is working (so far, touch wood!) and keep switching the Barclaycard numbers - they also keep changing. But they only try a couple of times a day.
But, yesterday, Santander kept ringing me constantly. At first it was every half hour, and then it became every 5 minutes! After the 10th attempt I finally barred the number but I expect they will soon get wise to this and then try with another number, which I will then also bar. I think the problem may be with their automatic systems.
This is turning into a game to me - I either let the call go to the answering machine or click the phone on and then off again. And when I have visitors I unplug the phone!
But I do think the 30 calls is totally unacceptable."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0
