Although in this instance he/ she is partially right, Lloyds TSB would be unlikely to budge in removing this, and refer you on to the CRA's. Although I'm sure, with proof, you could play the DPA card, and ask the status "re-evaluated" or something to that effect.
Interesting....
I may write to them, telling them they no longer meet MY criteria :rotfl:I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

. I will bite my tongue, and not make any accusations.
Accusations are exactly what you are making, i see from your many previous posts you always try and rip new posters to shreds, well not with me,perhaps you should get your facts right before trying to stir up the usual trouble with new posters such as myself which only happens with a few core posters, yourself included.;)

Lets just say i know
;);););)
Useless response in a forum designed to help others and even more useless to helping the OP solve a valid problem.
Your words suggest you know no more than anyone else.
OP - do you have any adverse information on your credit files outside of LTSB? I understand you have good account conduct.0 -
What is the 99 CPD MARKER?0

As much as i dislike the manner in which the mound gave his orginal reply, I have to agree with him on the point that you can't get the flag removed.0

OK, thanks for the heads up. I won't bother registering then.
... and there is no need to be snotty about it either!
I think it's worth pointing out that not disclosing a true and up to date list of names of residents at an address annually when the local authority issue the voters roll update documents is illegal.
Small wonder creditors are weary of people who don't register to vote (i.e. criminals)...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

There are millions out there not on the register, does not mean they are criminals.
The reason I've not been registered for 10+ years is that to be honest, I don't give a rats !!!! about elections, so why register for something that I am not going to use?!?!?!?
As it stands, I am going to register anyway, now I've found you can do it online....
As for the flag, I now agree that I'm more likely to win the lotto jackpot than to get the flag removed, so will leave it be.

I take it you have arranged to speak with your bank manager and ask the question why??
Not just asking at the counter etc...0
