yeah i finally got the item on friday and funnily enough he cancelled the non payer dispute after i mentioned the police.luckily the item is ok but what a load of hassle for nowt!!:mad: :mad:

Obviously he's dealing with a lot of orders so he's bound to make a c@ckup at some point but I'm very glad you've sorted it out even if it meant strong arm tactics!
