I once sent a reminder for an item which had been paid for by cheque, because although I'd marked all my items paid by cheque as paid as soon as I got the cheques, for some reason eBay was showing one as unpaid, and I didn't realise that it was wrong. Thankfully, the customer was OK about it when I apologised for the error and posted his purchase the following day.0

yeah its easily done, but this guy spoke to me yesterday twice as he had lost my address, and given his 500+ other neg feedbacks for not sending goods out, im not happy at all!!:mad:Contains_Mild_Peril wrote:I once sent a reminder for an item which had been paid for by cheque, because although I'd marked all my items paid by cheque as paid as soon as I got the cheques, for some reason eBay was showing one as unpaid, and I didn't realise that it was wrong. if you spoke to him yesterday and got the NPD today, just email him and ask if he has made a mistake as you were under the impression that your item was now in the post - or as you have already spoken to him twice, just do as everyone has said and give him a ring - if you don't get anywhere, then report him as a NPS, as you didn't pay by paypal, the item needs to be over £15 I think to get any money back as ebay claim the first £15 but if enough ppl report him, he will be NARUD.0

thanks!!!i'll ring him again later!!not holding out much hope though to be honest!! :rolleyes:julieblake wrote:if you spoke to him yesterday and got the NPD today, just email him and ask if he has made a mistake as you were under the impression that your item was now in the post - or as you have already spoken to him twice, just do as everyone has said and give him a ring - if you don't get anywhere, then report him as a NPS, as you didn't pay by paypal, the item needs to be over £15 I think to get any money back as ebay claim the first £15 but if enough ppl report him, he will be NARUD."You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

what a surprise he's cancelled the unpaid item dispute! I think the mention of ringing the police did the job, but i still haven't got my goods!!'"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Dont mean to be rude, but there have been numerous messages on here to put anyone off. I know we are all game for a bargin, but I dont part with my cash until I have the goods in my hand. Hence not going on ebay........
That site is full of rip off merchants (sorry to the folk who have had great bargins off there and not everyone is tarred with the same brush) but not everyone is trust worthy.... save your money or sell elsewhere......0 -
You hardly ever hear about the smooth transactions. Doesn't mean they don't happen, most of the time.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
