orange phone contract

The only option would be to buy a new phone (either Orange payg or sim free).
They won't upgrade your handset until you're in the last 3 months of the contract.0 -
I have a 24 month orange mobile contract, £20 per month, samsung tocco. I hate the phone and have got 15 months to go before I can upgrade. What should I do? I cant go another month with this phone let alone 15!!
Not much you can do bar buying another handset and using that , you have to honour the contract, which sounds a rubbish deal, oh how I'm glad I left Orange :j0 -

doubt there are any that do. Its wrong that should you cancel your contract you have to pay for the rest of it! greedy companies0
-
Sell your phone (assuming its in ok condition) and use the money to get a new phone.0
-
yeah maybe. I want a blackberry so no point me geting that on pay as you go?0
-
indeed.. you'd need to change your package and have bbs to make that work. what about giving the contract to someone else (bro's / sister's) and starting a new one?0
-
orange do something where they review your usage and you to change your package accordingly. have you tried this? perhaps you could give orange a call and twy sweettalkin with them and perhaps offer to send your phone back in exchange for another phone.. (where you pay a subsidised cost)..0

There are rules about transferring your contract to someone else, such as that person transferring a credit check.
NEVER simply give someone a contract sim still in your name as they could run up a huge bill which YOU would have to pay!0 -
I think im due a 'best plan' review in march sometime so ill ask then and see what they say0
