Also I have taught her to bring one box of her chosen toys downstairs for the day and she takes the box back to her room at night , which now she gets to play with different toys everyday and I dont have mountains of toys laying around downstairs that I have to clean around :D

Im hoping to have a huge clear out later of my clothes I dont wear ready for the charity shop as I already have too much to list on Ebay .So hopefully my bedroom will be looking alot better by next week :o

    double ditto!

Sadly Ds failed his test - due to an impatient white van man whilst he was doing a 3 point turn:mad::mad:

Instructor said it was just one of those things. Sadly instructor now on holiday for 2 weeks:mad: - so test rebooked for next month!

I do the duvet every week, I thought thats what change the bed linen meant :eek:

    It does in my house!

ah Macpep- I use sheets as well as a duvet so the duvet covers don't get washed every week - I use top and bottom sheets...I change them, and the pillowcases, every week.

So do I.. but that doesn't stop me sitting on the duvet with a naked bum, the cats laying on it washing their, me dribbling tea all over it being a mucky git and it being sweated on.
I'm trying to get on board with flylady, but finding it difficult to maintain the momentum... I have been decluttering for most of last year, a control journal and can usually stick to the cleaning for about a fortnight, and then suddenly I think, oh well, my house looks fine, it won't matter if I miss a day... and then suddenly it's back to [STRIKE]normal[/STRIKE] being completely messy...

Does anyone have any tips to sticking with it and not backsliding? How did you get past the idea of cleaning when it looks clean?!

    Any tips gratefully received!

Cycling Yorkie- commiserations for DS. Fingers crossed for next time :)

    Thank crunchie it's Friday.

DS2 is star of the week this week for making great improvements in his writing in his 1-2-1 sessions :T:T. We are having pizza for dinner as a treat. (no cooking for me yay)

I emptied the TD at lunchtime and found my USB pen in the bottom (it must have been through the WM too ). I tried it and it still works :rotfl:.

Going to do HHC at 3.45 any takers?
