Am sooooooooooooooo glad the freezer is on there as that is a job that needs doing! I have a big chest freezer in the garage to dump everything in from the small freezer - need to make room before my big batch cooking session this week.

What's the best way to defrost the freezer? :o I tend to just take a knife to it!

Decluttered and wiped down after dinner so that's done.

Well, I need to get back into a routine. Also need to get myself organised so as not to spend much of my'free' money (yeah right, like I have any) so I can put it towards wedding stuff. Six months to go and all I've booked is the registry office, paid for it though, so the legal bits sorted:TBut, as always, I want MORE! Which is the other stuff I need to organise! God, I'm good.

Loves and hugs to all, better get to bed before I fall asleep on the keyboard!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Just checking in to say I'm back - no longer on my "jolly-days"!
Have to say returning to Gatwick was a very cold experience...I miss the warmth, the turquoise seas, etc. etc.
However, the house seems a lot more untidy than I remembered, so back on the bandwagon I hop! Thanks for keeping me on the list Pigpen!!

  • Evening everyone

I am so sorry that I have been AWOL for what seems ages but I completely lost the plot and really couldn't cope with anything. I have just finally had a week off work (first since the summer when I helped my parents to move house and got DS to uni in Southampton). I now have raging hypothyroidism which feels like it is totally out of control again and sciatica which is incredably painful so my week off has been wasted really as I have not done anything I had planned.

I am going to try stage one - only this level as I am trying to do the declutter thread too.

so my list for tomorrow is:

Monday ~ Kitchen & Dining area

    Level One
    Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Wipe table

Hope every one is ok - I have missed reading all of the news on here.
